This is the third time in less than a year that my packages have been delivered to the wrong mailbox. It is not that difficult to match the correct address with the correct mailbox! More money lost!!!

A certain postal employee likes signing out packages and not delivering them… this has happened three times to me and one of those times I was able to recover the package. It had firearm related parts that didn’t have to go to an Federal Firearms Licensed dealer. But two other packages have gone missing. Post office was supposed to call me back and never did. I have a photo of package signed out by postal worker… This crap needs to stop.

I just witnessed a lady post office worker open the back of her truck. an suv sitting in the middle of the road next to her. At the end of my neighborhood. She pulled a grey tote out of her mail truck. Turned and saw me, sat it back inside til i had gotten around them both. Then hurridly put the tote in this persons suv. I tried calling the post office to report it but the only number i find is the automated line, and it will not let me talk to a person to report this.

USPS is the worst way to receive packages, was suppose to have a package delivered today and it says delivered But I have no clue who they delivered it to it sure wasn’t me ! They should be getting minimum wage for their service Grove City Oh should be marked as the worst postal city in the U.S. your employees shouldn’t be getting paid for their crappy service

Almost every week one or more of our packages are delivered to a post office box that we don’t have. 2 weeks ago a sled was delivered to the wrong address and we were told to just keep checking back. The lady that seems to be the problem solver is rude and short with me every time I go in. The older lady is nice. The sled delivered to the wrong address was over 48” long. How many sleds get delivered to homes in grove city by the usps on a daily basis, yet they don’t know what house it was delivered to. Nothing but excuses and bs. I know they’re short staffed but at least be pleasant when asked a question about packages that were clearly scanned just to not be delivered.

I'm waiting on a delivery, and mail I never received. You you guys keep raising price and the services get worst.

My stretch of 665 receives everyone elses’s mail but their own, as well as unknown addressees. Seriously grove city OH. Are your mail persons blind or dyslexic? It is way out of line and the phone line is ALWAYS busy

Over the past couple of weeks, this post office has lost or mis-delivered my mail on at least 4 occasions. To add insult to injury, they are marking packages as “delivered” even though they haven’t been, making it impossible for me to get refunds for the lost items. I’ve filed reports on the lost items, and get nothing more than form replies…it’s gotten to the point that I’m asking companies not to ship to me using USPS.

I would like to see if I have any mail or packages that may need picked up due to wrong ZIP code

I had my mail on hold for thanksgiving holiday from 11/24/21 to 11/27/21 and asks that the carrier deliver my mail after those dates. As of Monday and Tuesday the 11/29/21 and 11/30/21 I have not received any mail I assume the mail is still on HOLD. Very disappointed in the customer service from the USPS.

I understand that mail carriers have a lot of packages to deliver in a day, but I would like if the carrier would stop throwing the packages onto my porch. He stood back 6-8 feet and chucked it onto my porch. I have video of this as well as I was home and watched. That could have been something fragile. He has done this multiple times. Please respect other’s property.

I am making a complaint this just isn’t a complaint this time but it has happened many times I have just not reported it I am extremely disgusted by whoever is delivering our mail or is substituting for our mail delivery person there has been several occasions that I have witnessed and have on my ring that I can see that they have not delivered any mail to us because they have said that there are things in the way I have nothing in the way of my mailbox if my neighbor dies that is not my fault I should not have to pay and be subject to not having my mail delivered I have important bills and other information coming I have been waiting for a letter which I received the other day and it was written on there that something was in the way like I said I have a ring camera that I can verify that this mail person just drives by several mailboxes and does not deliver the mail this is happened on actually six different occasions if I see this happen again I will be writing to the postmaster and every location to let them now and send my videos then also to channel 6 news. I had a package being delivered today it said that it was delivered there is nothing in my mailbox I’m sure it’ll turn up on Monday when they have the time to either get out of their vehicle or have the time to deliver my mail very very disgusted customer. I hope to get a response back from the postmaster here or somebody that can help me out with this problem I would like to know if there’s any thing that you can do to help me out like I said this happened on six different occasions including today which is April 2, 2021.

Ordered one package from Dollar shave club, tracking says delivered. It was delivered to wrong location then sent back to DSC. Re-ordered 2 weeks later and exact same thing happened. Horrible delivery experience, changing my shipping to different zip code to my business.

My new mail carrier in hoover crossing refuses to deliver our mail if there is anything within 15 feet of the mail box -ok got it. Today there was a service vehicle parked there and I approached the mail carrier to get my mail myself sine he couldn't pull up. He yelled at me aggressively, and told me I need to tow the car and this was the last time I was getting my mail, in the future he will not be delivering my mail. I called the post office to complain and they told me, tough, he doesn't have to deliver your mail if he doesn't want to. Privatize this thing!

I have several complaints. Had a package sit in the Grove City post office for a week. I needed it for a gift. Now I am getting packages that have been opened and then taped back up. Also if a box won't fit in a mailbox dont shove it in and destroy the box and the item. Please leave it on the porch. . . .. Also can you quit walking through my flower beds? I see you do it on my doorbell camera.

I have a package that was delivered UPS to your post office for delivery. The post office in Grove city. As of yet I have not received this package and it has been at your facility since Monday. I mailed a birthday card at the mail box in front of Stringtown/McDowell p.o. Monday night 8/10. Next pick up posted was 1.00 Tuesday 8/11. I saw a woman place a box in the opposite side of the mailbox which would have landed on top of the card I had just.mailed. As of today Friday 8/14, the card has not arrived at 3233 Ventura Blvd. Grove City OH 43123. This is the 4th time a package or card/letter has been lost/misplaced, etc. The 3 previous packages have.never been located and were mailed thru p.o. employees inside Stringtown Rd. P.o. the tracking #'s on those packages obviously meant nothing. Not that it means anything to anyone again, I will not mail anything thru this method again. Am very disappointed.

We received 3 Flat envelopes back that we had tracking numbers attached with a note stating "Anything with a tracking numbers requires parcel rate postage. This is NOT true! Our company has been sending items like the above for 4 years at least. I attempted to contact your branch via phone to see if there had been any changes and the phone kept ringing and no one picked up. I did contact a Columbus & Worthington branch to inquire. I was told that the person who sent the note back from your facility was incorrect. So, I am just informing you that we now had to waste more money to send the same thing out and that I suggest that you educate your employees.

I just filed a claim with the US Postal Service Inspector General. If you are not happy or are dissatisfied with the mail service than you should file a claim also. I am from Mich. and we have the Coronavirus and our mail is on time. We have no problems. My package, which has my medicine in it, has been sitting at the post office since May 23. I need my medicine to help me breath.

My medicine, that I need for my COPD, and so I can breath right now. The package has been sitting at the GROVE CITY post office since May 23. Today is May 30. They DO NOT answer the phone, keep getting a busy signal. Are they that selfish and inconsiderate that they don't care about anyone else but themselves?? Come on, do your job like you are paid to do. I have really had it w GC mail service this is not the first time but I sure hope it’s a last. I placed 4 yes FOUR pieces of mail in the BIG BLUE mail box in front of the post office on Stringtown Rd on Monday April 4 2020 one being very important. As of today Thursday April 21 2020 not one piece of that mail has been received. Went in to the post office and the female working the window on April 20 2020 2pm was very rude about it when I asked what I need to do to make sure the mail was even removed from the box. All she would tell me is “well there is nothing we can do”. BULL there has to be something that can be done - someone obviously is not doing their job in the GC locations. Because it has not arrived to the location they sent out another one for me to sign and return as of Wednesday April 13 2020 coming from within an hour away - typically this would arrive within 2 business days yes TWO. Well here we are over a week and again nothing. What is going on w the GC mail service?

Why has our mail for FountainView Condos on Buckeye Parkway been so delayed the last week or so? It is Friday and we checked again at 4:00 as did other residents and still no delivery. Normally our carrier arrives in the morning or at least by noon. This is an older adult community, and walking out to our boxes several times a day can be quite hard on some residents. Thank you

This post office will not answer the phone. No public entity should act this way I am going to make a huge deal of this fact as far uptake ladder as I can

I live on Grove City Rd... service has gone down hill greatly in the past year! Our mail is not arriving until after 1700... if at all... and I know because mail sits in box overnight and yes put out in AM early... I have had 3 packages so far lost and not delivered and had to reorder.. now worried about one that if reordered I’ll not make it by Christmas! We should not have to risk our lives to cross a busy road at night to collect our mail! This is becoming an issue... had mail held while out of town first of Dec.. the only mail I received was brought by a man in Tanglebrook who had had his held... for a month! GC post office get this fixed please! or higher we will go!

I am beyond frustrated! I have been waiting for my package, 9374889937000035415863, only to receive a text notification saying that access was denied and the pkg could not be delivered. I ask that Google map my address and see that I live in a house that is on a main road with clear access to my mailbox (as I got my mail today) and a wide driveway. And!!! I was home when the delivery attempt was made and the driver could have seen me sitting on my couch thru my front window. This is NOT the first time that I’ve had a delivery exception. I refuse to wait 40-50 mins to speak to someone.

The delivery of mail in concord lakes is the worst I have every came to know. There are mail delivers that falsifies owners signatures and most of all put a pickup notice without going to the door. Packages are left on steps even when its raining with out ringing the door bell or even knock. I receive other peoples mail and packages. Mail use to be delivered in the morning and afternoon but mail delivery at 9:32 PM at night is a little over board. I have had a few good mail WOMAN but Concord Lakes keeps getting screwed with irresponsible jack asses. I know this will never reach the eyes and hears of those in charge but one never knows.
