Great small post office for the city. Service is good but it could be a LOT better. They only allow 2 people inside at the time. It is inconvenient if you just need to “drop off “ a large package which it is only take a few second but you will have to wait to go inside because they don’t offer a large package drop off box outside office. It won’t cost much to offer outside drop box for large package . Hopefully our taxes money will help to improve this post office.

I finally found out ( on my own) why my delivered packages are to my neighbors house instead of mine. Drivers go to location G.P.S. tell them ( THEY IGNORE NUMBERS ON PACKAGES AND NUMBER ON HOUSE) Where does Amazon find these drivers? Please respond!!

I lived in Green for 65 years and the green post office Haas always deluged my mail on time and the nice wworkers there. But I mailed some cards 2 weeks ago from the green post office and my family never got there cards. I mailed cards also from Greentown post office 1 week ago and my friends got there cards. So does the Greenburg post office go a different route??

Inside attendants always handle the heavy business effficiently. Today, Monday, April 27, when I arrived around 3:20-3:30 to try to drop off mail from my car to avoid going inside, the truck making the 3:00 pickup was parked in such a way as to block the eastmost parking spot. All parking spots were full. I had to drive up near the drop off box and get out of car to place mail in the box. I suggested to truck driver if he would reposition the truck, cars could then exit the parking area as intended without having to back out onto Massillon Road (extremely dangerous). He was extremely rude and asserted he had to park exactly where he was to pick up the mail. I have often seen the mail pick up trucks parked so as not to block cars from the intended traffic flow. Someone with the authority to do so needs to take care of this situation, PLEASE! I had to back up to Massillon Road, but there was a car stopped on the road waiting to come into the parking lot. I drove over the grass into the parking lot of the adjacent pub in order to get out.
