I live in Franklin Township. Our carrier shoved a children’s book sideways in our mailbox, I had to physically try to expand the metal box to try to get it out and the book says directly on it, “Please do not bend this book.” We have also had multiple package notices that states, “No one answered door.” Or “Unable to access house.” I’m a stay at home Mom and was here all day during all three “attempts”. We also have two driveways, no fence or any way access could’ve been blocked to our house. This is getting ridiculous and it’s disrespectful.

We use to have a mail carrier that was great. You could just about set your watch by him. I assume he retired and his replacement is not worth a Damn. Mail arrives between 1:00 and 5:00. Neighbors are constantly exchanging mail that is left in the wrong box. today I was expecting a package and sat there watching him as he threw a paper in the box saying that no one was home and then drove off.

Have outgoing mail for pick up for week now, mail lady keeps driving by all week , we yell for her as she drives by today of course she has headphones on and drives on by! Thought it was against the law to wear headphone while driving. Try calling the post office today phone rang for 20 mins, finally get someone on phone and they said call back in half an hour. Really!!!! And this isn't the first time it has took them over week to pick my mail up. Shouldn't have to drive to post office to get my mail out that is why we have mail boxes and that"s what they are suppose to get paid for.

So same day, I spoke to supervisor on phone told me he would have a talk with mail lady and she would pick it up next day. If she didn't he would come get it his self. Next day she doesn't stop drives on by the house. So on way home from work today I take it into the post office myself and ask to speak to the supervisor and the guy says he is in a meeting call him in an hour. Really! now I think she is doing it just for spite. Also wondering if she had mail for us where is it or what is she doing with it.

Still waiting on a package that was out for delivery on June 12th 2017. Today is June 14th 2017 still NO DELIVERY! The package is CRITICAL. Having complained numerous times about the carrier not delivering mail, WHY WON'T THE FRANKLIN OFFICE MANAGEMENT ADDRESS THE ISSUE????????? SO FRUSTRATING!

FRANKLIN USPS MAIL CARRIER FREQUENTLY DOES NOT DELIVER MAIL ON MCLEAN RD 45005. LOCAL OFFICE WILL NOT ADDRESS THE CARRIER NEGLIGENCE.

I have had to call several times complaining about drivers breaking and damaging packages. Leaving my deliveries hanging out of the mail box to become soaked. Throwing boxes at my front door. Leaving boxes out in the rain. Driving like maniacs through our subdivision. Just all around disrespectful. The lady we used to have for years was amazing and has apparently left or moved. When I call they tell me they will look into it and file a complaint of a damaged package online. I have had to do that about 7 times in the year of 2016. That also happens to be the first 7 complaints I have ever filed in about 20 years. They legitimately do not value their jobs or the property of others.

Stayed home today awaiting my package. When they delivered my letters late, I saw no package. Called, the lady said she recalled seeing a large package on the truck, maybe the carrier was making 2 trips. No. Just not performing the service they were hired to perform. People track packages nowadays. I know when you're not doing your job.

Compliment: Your Staff was so helpful with my need of information today. I wanted to be sure it was noted. Billy Jo, went beyond required duty, with her understanding of my question and subsequent answers needed to make the move to Franklin.
