My Father's day present sent First Class Mail from Amazon arrived in Fairborn on 6/14/23. Item 9300120111410472961455. It never was delivered or attempted. If it would have been attempted, they would of simply put it in the mailbox or on the porch. It was scanned as available for pick up at 5:23 pm. I received no notice of the parcel until 6/24 dated 6/20. It was a FINAL notice saying that my parcel would be sent back on 6/29. I filed a request for "redelivery" online and by phone. No parcel was delivered by 6/29. I called The Fairborn post office several times at 937-878-4748 and 937-878-1597 but no one answered.

They keep putting my mail in the Neighbors box and they do not come to my house to pick up my mail that needs to be sent out. 1043 South Central Avenue Fairborn Ohio. Could somebody please address this problem. My regular Postman comes to my address but the people who are not regulars do not put the mail in the right box and do not pick up my mail.

Two times in a row, inexpensive mail-order packages are received with the packaging torn open. The first one last week had the tape re-applied in a lame attempt to cover up the impromptu 'inspection' and merchandise inside was damaged. Today one came that was torn open blatantly and left open on my porch. This is a serious breach of trust. Isn't it a felony to open people's mail?

This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with and I've moved around my entire life. We constantly get mail for other addresses, sometimes across the street, sometimes in the neighborhood, sometimes from miles away. Mail we're expecting never comes. When we travel and put a hold on the mail, they deliver it anyway (even when we receive a confirmation). If they don't feel like delivering your package, they'll claim they tried but no one was home, then ask YOU to come pick it up! (Video doorbell evidence showed them driving right by the house without stopping to deliver.) I have filed numerous complaints and NOTHING gets done. I will be contacting the mayor today.
