Saturday, July 15th After an extremely rainy morning our postman walked through our garden to deliver the mail. Why would he think that was ok to walk through someone’s muddy garden? He also tracked mud on our walkway and driveway. We had just planted new shrubbery and rented a power washer to clean our driveway. His job involves walking and if he can’t be respectful of people’s property, don’t do the job.

I have the USPS app that shows what mail I will be receiving. The items listed for delivery Tuesday never made it to my home. I know the heading states comeing "soon", but typically the mail listed does make it to my home on the day previewed. The items previewed for Wednesday and Thursday did manage to make it to my home. This is not the first time an entire day's worth of mail did not make it to my home. Could a substtute carrier be assigned my area on the day or days in question? Also, no one answers the phone at your location.

Irritating that you can't get thru by phone at this location. It just rings and rings and rings. Which, btw, is pretty much nearly every post office you call. Customer service is a joke to USPS.

Lost package. Won't pickup phone. Costing me alot of money! Left name and number but noone called back about package. Person who lost package should reimburse me for money I have lost or be terminated from job and let someone else who cares have their job. 😡

The most disgusting Post Office EVER! Had a three package pick up scheduled for 6/3, and now it’s 6/6 AND STILL NO PICK UP! The worst part is I called the post office, approximately 20 times, and they never pick up, I also called corporate and reported them, and speaking to the postmaster general in Cincinnati tomorrow a.m. They are rude, lazy, and have no regard for the people that pay for their jobs, so they really should retire, and let someone have the job that needs it. Yes I’m upset about the packages not being picked up but, even worse, not answering the phone seriously?!? I hope that with me reporting them all, that they get was coming from their superiors. #washingtontwpPO.

Based "solely" on a new lady by the name of "Victoria", what a difference she has made!!! I saw her complete 4 transactions in the time it took the lady next to her to complete one and a half, with the same amount of mailing. She was polite. thorough and knowledgeable, with a POSTIVE attitude this particular Post Office needs. Please continue to hire people like Victoria!

The USPO needs to resume reg extended hours that were cut back last April due to Covid....especially with the election coming up. If businesses can resume hours, so can the post office. It is too difficult to get to the post office by 6pm and most people are either at work or on the way to work by before you open at 8am.

I have not received my Time Magazine for the past three weeks. This is not unusual as I frequently do not receive it at least one week in six. I do not understand this problem as my post office delivery is excellent and I receive several other magazines regularly. I think I have missed at least 8 magazines this year, and these missing weeks do not count weeks when the magazine combines issues. It never comes until Saturday; of the magazines I receive, it is the one I like to read best. What could be happening to its delivery?

We have not received our mail several time in the last 2-3 months. Yesterday was one. I had mail to be taken and it was still in my box as of 7:00 pm, so I had to drive it to the post office. Are your work hours limited, is the route too large, is it a different driver? We get our mail anytime between 1 and 6:30 pm. I’m not sure why. We used to get it around 3 pm everyday. I have called the postmaster and no one answers, there is no voicemail and the call was disconnected from your side. Please explain!

Our mail forwarding was very messed up! My friend in Florida, where we moved from, sent a package to me in Ohio and after 10 days tracked it and it had come to Ohio and was sent BACK TO Florida.....so after sending it I received it after 20 days.....

It is now 6:15 pm. I have not received my mail yet and you daily email shows I have some statements to be delivered today. I have tried to call the post office and of course no one will answer. This is very disturbing. It is no wonder the postal system is having so many problems. There is never anyone who will help and be friendly.

Spoke face to face with Supervisor today at Washington Township about problems with mai: bring found in yards, getting delivered to wrong house( which cost me a late fee by the time neighbor returned and found our mail, and I have never had a bill paid late; could effect my credit rating), and final straw when mail was delivered daily while we were on vacation and I had put a stop mail. Friend checked house and discovered this and went out of her way to go by daily and pick it up. When I tried to call P.O. from South Carolina, no one would answer phone. Just tried now, 4pm, 9/28/18, to tell Supervisor something else I had forgotten and no one answers. We left on vacation 9/21/18 and mail was delivered daily until the 25th, when I went online and put in another stop mail. What I need for Supervisor to know is that my husband says our mail carrier is on his phone whenever he sees him, and this may be big factor in lack of doing good job. I refuse to make another trip to P.O. to tell him this. Also, today when I waited in line to request my 2 days of held mail and desire to speak with Supervisor, the woman who waited on me was not nice. I don't need attitude. Someone high up need some to investigate this facility. We have no choice in our P.O. But I now take important mail to be sent out to another PO to be mailed as I cannot trust carriers in this one. Pathetic state of affairs.

Chamber of Commerce receives negative comments constantly re: Paragon Rd Post Office. No customer service ,nasty employee attutude, irregular business delivery, long lines. Generally customers will use the UPS store and pay triple just to avoid the bad experiences at the Washingtownship branch.

It is Tuesday, January 18, 2018 at 7:40pm. Our mail has not yet arrived. This is quite upsetting that we are not getting our mail until much after most businesses are closed, it is dark and we do have to walk to our mail boxes out on the street. Half of our neighborhood has to walk ACROSS the street to get their mail. Our neighbor is physically handicapped and should not have to do his. Can you give a rasonable explanation as to why mail is delivered beyond normal business hours? Area of concern is the neighborhood across from Stubbs Park, in the older Huber homes.

A package I recently mailed was damaged, luckily I had it insured and I am wondering how to go about getting a refund. The person I mailed it to has the item and took it to her post office to show them it was broken I mailed her a picture of my receipt who is supposed to turn this claim in? Her or I? She lives in Florida so I have no way of getting the item. I would appreciate any help you can give me on this matter. I don't know how long I have to turn it in. Thanks
