I placed a small plastic mailer with a thank you note to the USPS carrier on 5-13-2021 for picking up the package. My mail was delivered and the package was taken from my (attached to my home) mailbox. The package was never entered in the system and the tracking number reads "label created" after more than two weeks. I called the post office four times and they answered twice, I spoke with two mail carriers, filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and another with USPS Postal Regulatory Commission. For some reason, after several attempts, the online tracking complaint/locator will not accept my request for locating missing mail The four verbal contacts I have had with USPS staff members have all resulted in comments that they cannot help with this problem. They offer no solutions or efforts to follow through with the issue.

Have lost 2 packages the carrier delivered to wrong address. Postal worker confirmed this with tracking numbers. The merchant was gracious enough to send another free of charge, but the carrier also delivered this one to the wrong address Was also told that because I did not have insurance I was out of luck. I want to get reimbursed for what I paid and see that merchant is also reimbursed. It would be nice customer service if the post office took ownership of their mistakes and fixed this for me.

I have called before regarding the postal person parking their vehicle on the wrong side of the road. I live on Northland street and Jennings and they do this all the time. Today it is 130 and they are parked wrong again. Do we need to get the police involved or can we one again inform the postal carrier to park on the right side of the road!

I live on third St. In Cuyahoga falls and our carrier has left packages under a leaky gutter smashed boxes in the mail box rendering the contents destroyed, I can't tell you how many packages from the USPS have arrived broken, trying to fill out a complaint is intentionally arduous, these are not exaggerations this actually happens often, it seems as if no one cares, from my end it seems that if delivering mail is this agencies purpose, it is failing miserably, rarely even satisfactory

It appears that no one from the Post Office is reading and responding to these reviews. Once again confirming that they have no intention of taking any action, because they really don't give a shit! Somebody has finally surpassed the BMV for pathetic service and attitudes. Who hires these people? Don't they have Managers to oversee the quality of their work and customer service? I'm of the impression that Managers and workers were hired with the same level of inefficiency and mediocrity that got them fired from their last job. I was going to Florida for five days (Mon - Fri) and needed two large packages to arrive while I was there. I was told they would arrive on Tues or Weds at the latest, They arrived on Friday, while we were on the plane heading home! I met the PO Supervisor to get a refund since they didn't provide the required service. He said he couldn't give me a refund because they delivered the packages the way I shipped them. I said "I didn't ship them, you did. I only told the counter woman that they had to be there on Tuesdayor Wednesday at the latest!" He said there was nothing he could do and began to educate me on the different services (Express, Priority, Ground) they provide and that I probably should have used Priority or Express. I said "You mean your counter person should have used Priority or Express, I just told her what I needed." It was obvious that he was worthless, but I thanked him for his time, pointed to the survey/review sign next to the door and said "Obviously, the survey isn't going to be good!" He said "okay", and I left. USPS tracking was also worthless. After it cleared Pittsburgh, there was no tracking of where it was or indication of when it would be delivered, only that it was in transit to it's destination. Long story short... these clowns deserve to go out of business. Save yourself the frustration and go to UPS. Google delivers my packages in 2 days, but for some reason these guys need 10 days for a delivery that was supposed to take 5-6 days (at least that's what I paid for)!!

My USPS email states my package from Macys was delivered to my front door today, oct 26th but, the mail carrier never came to my door. I saw his truck down stairs and knew I was expecting my package but, he never came to my door. I was out on my balcony waiting for him to come up to my floor. I've had issues just recently with the fill in mail carrier, leaving a package of mine, two doors down from mine. This was a month ago. As he walked passed me, I recognized my package and he dropped it two doors down so, I walked down, picked it up and told him, this is my package, for apt 407, he left it at apt 405. The package clearly showed my name and apt no. I'm afraid, this or something similar has happened again today, oct 26. I need to know where my package is. I order online alot because I dont drive and I depend on the mail carrier to get my packages to my door. I dont know if oct 26 was my reg mail carrier or a fill in. Can someone help md locate my macys package?

I made purchase from Kohl's, I put in the wrong number on the address. I called the corp usps and they were able to track my package, since the this post offices computer was down. My package was delivered across the street at 1926 I live at 1927, my neighbor didn't know the name on the package. I went over and asked her if she received the package and she said that she gave it back to the mail man the following day. The mail man was at the house next to her and he verified that he returned it to the post office. I called the post office and explained what happen the man informed me that it was returned to sender and that I would have to deal with Kohl's. I called Kohl's and they said that they can call the post office and verify with them that I had addressed it wrong. And that they would deliver it to me. My complaint is I don't like being lied to, when asked they should of told me that I could still have it delivered once Kohl's verified the correct address.
