The people who work at the Cortland Post Office have been extremely helpful and kind. I've had 4 or 5 different people wait on me over the past few months and they are especially patient with special circumstances. All the new rules and restraints from COVID-19 have made their work more difficult. They have been very professional.

Cortland post office counter employees are the most unprofessional people ,disrespectful , rude ,unpleasant, I will not visit that post office ever again , disgrace to the postal service, could be why the postal service is loosing revenue to UPS and FEDEX.

Restarting E-Bay after 5 yrs not selling. Had a LOT of questions. Took in a pair of jeans that needed sent out. The lady at the counter was very, very helpful. We tried several different envelopes and the jeans fit perfectly in the Priority Rate Flat envelope padded. Also the cost was lower than other packages. THANK YOU! You went above and beyond to help me and I am very thankful to you. Your help has restored my confidence in the USPS. KUDO's to Cortland Post Office! Sep 23, 2016 visited postoffice.

I would just like to state that the desk clerks at the Cortland Post Office are the most unprofessional women I have ever met. They are rude, treat you like children, and don't even thank you for your business. They could all seriously use an attitude makeover. Sincerely, one unhappy customer.
