We have not received any mail for a week…… we shoveled a path for our postman and another into the neighbors yard so he wouldn’t have to trudge through the snow… we have been waiting on important mail and received mail daily prior to this last week… just want to know what’s going on- this is very odd and would like to know where our mail is!

I have received mail one time in the last 2 weeks. The carrier delivered to my next door neighbor a couple of days ago then started heading back to his truck. When I asked him if I had mail he handed me 2 pieces of mail. My walk is shoveled so I have no idea why he didn’t think it necessary to deliver me my mail. Last night the truck was parked in its usual spot for quite a while but no mail was delivered

I have been in to the Richmond Hts., OHIO post office 3 times in 2 weeks. We are not getting any mail because our condo mailbox unit (holds mail for 16 residents) has a broken lock. The last 2 times I went in they told me I had no mail and proceeded to give me magazines, catalogues and mail for 9 neighbors on my street!!! They also yelled at me in front of a lobby of customers. I'm considering making a police report for mail tampering!!

We have been at our new property (18901 Euclid Ave.) and Linda has always been pleasant to me but she is always on her phone and walks like a snail into our alcove. She used to ask if I had any outgoing and she hasn't done that in a very long time. I see her driving in her truck on the phone also which I know has to be against the rules. We had a replacement carrier while she was on some kind of administrative leave and his name is Jeff and he is awesome! I wish he delivered our mail. He really seems to care about his job and especially his customers. Nothing against Linda but she represents the U.S. Postal Service and she just doesn't seem to care at all because she knows she's breaking a huge rule being on her phone. I've even said something to her and she just laughed it off. She was just here as I was typing this and on her phone and said nothing to me again or still. We didn't get any mail on Wednesday 6/9 - no carrier came but I'll call the station on that.

I recently went to your post office at 454 Richmond Road in Richmond Heights Ohio. My experience with your associate Ernest was incredible. Ernest is very efficient and helpful in addition to having a great personality. Sincerely, Mark

I cannot understand why my package was not delivered Wednesday,May 15, 2019, Then had any email sent to me stating that a ticket was left when there was no ticket stating that there was no secure place to deliver my package. The apartment complex I live in has a very secure area for delivery of packages. I have received packages there dozens of times. The email then directed me to fill out a form to get re-delivery the next day May 16, 2019. I got confirmation that that would happen. It did not occur. I do not understand the problem.
