The people working at this branch of the USPS do not display what the United States postal service is and has been. They are not responsible if they lose your package, they are not responsible if you don't get your mail, they are not responsible for any occurrence at the office, because it is your fault that you do any kind of business or communication through them. Unapologetic, self righteous, lazy, rude, unfriendly workers whose main agenda is to be the most unhelpful people one the planet. Then when you ask what can be done about YOUR missing mail that THEY can't find, misplace, or are not trained thoroughly enough to put a package in a correct destination , they are unable to assist you further bc it's been tracked to the destination. Well I don't know about everyone else but I'm pretty sure I know if I've received my mail or not and I don't need someone telling me the opposite. You might as well say I'm lying in that case, which as a customer of these overpaid, snug, responsibility dodging, poorly trained half wits, feel unsure about humanity as a whole. If I wanted to be embarrassed about the state of the world today I'd turn on CNN for a half hour. I wouldn't go to retrieve my package that was delivered, but isn't where it was delivered, but no one knows where the hell it is and don't care to figure out what they've done with it, waste of time, circus they call a post office. If at all possible save your sanity and don't do anything but drive by this house of stupidity. By the way this branch doesn't open at 8am, but whenever the hell the lazy employees feel like dragging their sorry selfs into work to be hassled by the public and their stupid questions and mail. Not like your getting paid to do that or anything. Jesus.

This branch in cheviot has to be by far the worse post office there is.. Just in the past few months they lost 3 packages that were to be delivered to my residence.. I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately it don't give that option so I have to give it one star.. They have incompetent employees.. They either need to hire competent people or close the shit hole down.. It's pretty bad when you can't trust the us postal service to deliver your mail and packages without being list or misplaced..
