They are of no help!! Ghetto ass workers don’t want to help. But yet they’re open for business???? They’re workers are super careless, leave packages anywhere at anytime!!! Drop offs are made during a certain period of time for a reason. You don’t leave a package at damn near 10pm when cut off time is 8pm!!!! Many have complained about the same thing and nothing has been done. But yet they’re open??? Now I have to either claw my money back or tongue fight with a careless worker to get my things?? 9:44pm in Evanston Cincinnati isn’t the best place. My package was already a week and a half late. That’s almost $150!

I received notice from a vendor saying my package was delivered, which I assumed by UPS. After reviewing the tracking of the packing it was supposed to be delivered by US mail. It said it attempted. No one answered and a notice from the post office was left. Neither was done. No notice, no mailman on 1052021

I have been using the Informed Delivery service via USPS and it is surprising how much mail I am not getting. When I check the app it tells me who is it from and how many pieces I will be getting however at the end of the day no mail. Some are time sensitive and I am missing out. Can anything be done about this? On the Informed Delivery page I put this was not received, but nothing seems to be happening. Please help!!!!

Last several packages that has been shipped through u.s. postal Service I have not. One package that I went to post office on they said it was delivered and it wasn't the next day it showed up at my door with the box taped up because it was opened up previously. I've made several complaints and they act like there's nothing they can do.I had a package that was supposed to been shipped today to me it said it was delivered and never received this package was small enough to be put in my mailbox amongst several others they never put them in my mailbox and I never. I personally think that either the postal service is losing them or I have a postman that has sticky fingers. This post office has cost me several hundreds of dollars do two packages that has been lost or stolen. When all this should have been avoid it in the first place. I have neighbors that keep an eye out for packages of mine and the last couple of times they've had and look out for him and never they showed up. You go to the Post Office and they say there's nothing they can do how about firing the people that can't get the packages to you correctly.

This post is not delivering mail. I am on the USPS app. 50% of my mail is missing. Started in March 2020. It’s not returned to sender and I don’t receive it. Credit cards, vehicle registrations, letters from my lawyers, Hospital bills, Duke energy bills, W2s etc. WHERE IS My MAIL??? I’ve voiced 2 complaints at the post office to be told by Casey (they had a shady delivery guy that worked there). What does that mean? I spoke to a Rochelle as well. Not getting anywhere. This is unacceptable work ethic and behaviors coming from government workers.

A temp replacement carrier picked up a UPS labeled package from our business, costing us and our customer money. They don't respond to our calls, admit they have "holding areas" for UPS and FedEx packages they pick up by mistake, but more often than not the Norwood OH post office just doesn't answer the phone. People make mistakes, the real problem arises in how you deal with them. And Norwood P.O. has a real problem - the do not deal with the problem. We've reached out to our normal letter carrier (they keep changing so not sure what normal is).

I have been using this post office for a year, everything was great, and I ship daily. Last month, Nov 2018 a new woman started and ALL of my packages since have been late. I ship priority, so it should be 3 business days, 19 packages in the last two weeks have taken 9 to 11 days. PRIORITY MAIL! The tracking shows they were there for TWO DAYS after they were scanned! She asked me a lot of questions, was unpleasant and more interested in her power trip and checking all my packages than getting them shipped. I was uncomfortable, she singled me out when others were waiting in line. I normally just drop my packages and go, but she insisted on me handing them to her and scanning them in then. Then she began to question my labels(which I print through USPS at home, so I don't have to wait in line). I have been shipping this way for years, Over 2,000 packages last year alone! I hate to complain, but it seems she held my packages back, that she has some personal issue with me(I have no idea why) and makes me very uncomfortable. Now my packages are always late. Why does tracking say departed post office, then they dont scam again for two days? For a year they scanned again that night, now nothing.

This is getting ridiculous, I've had 5 different packages from amazon go to another address across town. Called about the issue and yet today 2 weeks from the last wrong delivery gets sent to the wrong address. So tired of this incompetence.

Not sure if its laziness, incompetence or plain ignorance but I keep getting updates saying my package was undeliverable. I live in a single family house with a large front porch. My mail box and door step are as accessible as can be. I've had multiple packages delivered to me that were not mine and had plenty of them delivered to the wrong address. Not even the correct street. I've had to exchange packages with a neighbor several times. In my opinion the USPS should not be delivering packages. They should be relegated to snail mail with grandmas $5 birthday cards. Anything more important and the odds of actually getting your package is about 50/50.

I have had three separate packages "attempted delivery" to my home when I have been home. I have called and made a complaint, but this is still happening. I don't receive a notice slip either. This is getting annoying and have not been helped with this matter.

This is now the fourth time that a package has not been delivered claiming that no one was home when the delivery was attempted when, I know for a for a fact that I have been home and in the living room when mail was delivered. Once I asked my mail carrier about it and he basically told me this post office is terrible and the workers do not do their jobs properly.
