Great app to keep track of your mail

You guys are a bunch of no men! Just terrible I absolutely dread dealing with USPS hope you get it together

i enjoy going to this post office. five stars

I am trying to track a package that was sent to me from Costco through UPS tracking #92612999997535513000043762 delivered to the Cincinnati USPS on 3/25/16. There was not USPS tracking number to reference. Please help me find this package. Thank you.

Trying to locate package I mailed on 12-8-2015 2 day mail and it hasn't got there to my daughter and now it's the 6th day going on since I mailed it to her. I can understand that it's the Christmas holidays and shipping get bogged down. But when I pay extra for a package to get there in 2 day delivery why should I loose out after I paid the said amount to make sure that it gets there on time???

All i want is to know where my package is and make sure that it gets sent TO ME (the person that paid for the package) and not somewhere half-way across the country...
I've been on HOLD for over AN HOUR!!!!! And nothing! I can tell you how many times I've heard, "you're call is important to us, and we ask that you stay on the line, and an associate will be with you shortly" - enough times to drive me crazy. This is the 2nd time my package has been sent here in a week!!! I understand its the holidays, but is there nothing or no one that says, "hey! this isn't supposed to go here."?! This order was supposed to be here 2 weeks ago and now it wont even be here for Christmas...
Thank god the company i bought my package from didn't charge me shipping because this is ridiculous......

I have been trying to local a package that indicating attempted delivery on 9/22 and a notice was left. Well the carrier never left a notice and the package was never attempted and on top of that, when I went to the post office to retrieve it they were unable to locate my package, so I ask the supervisor if she could call the carrier so he/she could give her an ideal where my package was and her responds was no she had know way of getting in touch with them and I know that's a lie because they have cell phones for contact post office use only. I have been very unhappy about the delivery of my packages with the post office in woodland(45215). They place them in the wrong hallway or they are unable to locate them and it doesn't make any since for these things to occur because of their irresponsible ways. I will try to find a different way of getting my packages delivery...... signed disappointed
