Why the changes in the 3 boxes out front in the drop off lane?

I can’t speak to a human about a problem I am having and want to know if it is a scam or fictitious message from USPS and why my package is apparently arrived at your warehouse but is not being delivered because of a invalid address?

I am trying to find a package that was suppose to be delivered to me in MA but says it’s at one of your post offices. I’ve tried calling and everyone sends me some where else. No one seems to know how to resolve this issue. Tracking number is 9205590305729805885707 My phone number is (781) 563-0195

I stopped by to pick to an undeliverable package which ultimately I was able to do thanks to an efficient employee named Maria. Getting there was another thing due to a loud, rude, curt employee named Tom. I do not wear a mask per se but do wear a clear face shield which Tom said would not work. I explained that I wear hearing aids and glasses which make wearing masks quite uncomfortable. He demanded that I wear a mask. Soon, he threw a mask at me which I sorta put on. It was at that time that a lady offered to take over and help. Later I found out that her name was Maria. Tom got loud telling her to never do that again. I felt sorry for her and was stunned at how Tom treated her. She went to get my package and Tom stormed after her leaving his teller’s cage and a customer alone. Maria returned and remained very professional. I let her know that I appreciated her help and was sorry for how she was treated.. I immediately asked for a supervisor and made a statement to him. He expressed concern and apologized. I got the impression that this wasn’t unusual.

We had the same postal delivery person "Dave" for years until his retirement. Dave was almost always delivering the mail at the same time, except when there may have been a more pressing delivery to change the time of his delivery to our area, or maybe if weather caused a delay. Anyway, we never got mail for someone other than us, nor were others getting our mail. That ended when Dave retired. Since that time we have on numerous occasions received mail for someone else, and others have received mail intended for us. We always deliver the mail not ours to its intended recipient, and have had mail intended for us delivered to us by those who received it is error. We can only hope that those delivered to us by others were the only exchanges needed and we didn't have important mailings "lost" due to poor service by the postal delivery person, and we are sure others getting mail delivered by us feel the same way. The latest case occurred today. We received a piece of mail addressed to someone we know, addressed to a different address than ours, but in the same development, but has not been a resident of the reflected address for over two years. Luckily, like i said, we know the addressee so we will see that it is delivered to her. What if this was delivered to someone in our development who did not know the addressee? What of it was a valuable item? What if were important that it be delivered promptly? This postmaster needs to insure that his/her employees are delivering the mail to the correct addressees and if not get feedback from these reviews that there is a problem with the mail not getting to the people for which it is intended.

I wish I knew the name of our regular postman who delivers on Hampton Place Lane. He does an excellent job! He always gives a friendly wave to all our neighbors, and he is very efficient. I know this review is not read by postal employees, but I hope that our mail carrier will get some positive recognition.

Not sure who the woman supervisor was I spoke to but they were extremely rude and unhelpful when trying to track a missing package. Assumed no responsibility and blamed my neighbors for stealing my package with absolutely zero evidence.

Terrible. Receive mail once per week that is not ours. Today, ALL mail was for neighbor. They had mail that was for their next door neighbor. Wish we could do something about it.

In the middle of August, I mailed a gift card to my grandson in Port St. Jo, Florida. He has not received it. Any suggestions.

Today, my wife was on the phone when the mail carrier delivered the mail. She watched as they pulled up to the mailbox, then went out to get the mail only to find a slip stating that they tried to deliver a certified letter but was unable to. WOW! Lazy and borderline criminal. What has happened to our hometown post office? I am reporting this, and the fact that when we held our mail for our vacation (hold placed several weeks in advance) is was NEVER HELD. Nope, delivered each day of our vacation, according to our neighbor. This is ridiculous, and we are not alone in our complaints.

We live on Muskegon Drive in Summit Estates. We have lived here for 27 years. I March, a friend called to tell me she had a Thank you note she had mailed to me returned as undeliverable. She mailed me the original envelope. There was nothing wrong with the address. I didn't think much about it. Yesterday, I found out that Kohl's Dept. Store had two bills returned to them, one from March and one from April. as undeliverable. This is serious. We missed paying this bill. I now worry about what other bills or important mail is being returned to the sender. The delivery supervisor could not explain why this might happen. She asked me to bring in the returned mail. I did not save the thank you note and of course, I do not have the returned bill from Kohl's. I am very worried and upset by this.

I live a 5014 Barnsby Ln Cincinnati OH 45244. I was notified by the company that I purchased items from that my package was to be delivered today Saturday 4/15/2017. It is important so I watched for the postman. He was at the box at around 7:00 PM. After he left I received a message saying that my package was delivered. We have a community box and there was no key in my box for the large delivery box so I called the Anderson office. The man I spoke to said he used the tracking number I gave him to contact our mail person and that the mail person would be back to help me find the package. I told him I would wait outside. It is now 8:17 and the mail person has not come. I am very upset at this point. This is a birthday gift for my granddaughter and I expected to receive it today!!! Why tell someone you will come and help them fix THEIR mistake, and not even come. This is not the first mix up we have had with this post office. The service is terrible! I need that package and I expect to hear from them soon. Postal recipients do have rights!

We live at 5005 Whitewood Ct.45244. I am getting mail LATE my Dr's office sent me a letter that had to be returned in 5 days! It took 10 days to get here! I am getting sale books and papers that are arriving after the sale! Just got a sale book from Macy's for a sale11/18-11/19.... Today is 11/20. These are just a few things. My husband has gone to Anderson PO to file a complaint and nothing happens. This is getting old. Not like we can get a new post office!
Thank you,
