I shipped a parcel to a customer who had provided 2 addresses. One address for Fedex / UPS to his business and the other to his home. I sent it to the business using USPS, in error. They would not deliver. I called the post office and told them what I had done on a Friday. The post master called me on Monday. I asked if I could provide a change of address. She said it could not be done. However, she said she would personally deliver the parcel to the address I had provided even though they did not have a mail receptacle. Please, don't complain about postal employees. Our mail carrier and this post master are the best. Thank you to all of you. Keep up the good work.

I am a real person, who lives at 110 TWP RD 1118. I have been ill and had not gotten my mail out of my box for a long time. My fault. Whoever the carrier is put a note in my box that I didn't live here, vacant. I assure you I have not moved. I will be in the post office first thing in the morning to pick up the mail that the carrier removed from my box. Don't you think he/she could have come to my door to ask if I was ok instead of taking my mail ? I will have my driver's license with me. I hope that you still have my mail at the post office.
