Can't understand why first class mail is not being delivered. Not receiving utility bills, insurance bills, etc. but getting junk mail addressed to my adult children who haven't lived here in years. Tried multiple times to call post office but phone is not answered.

Terrible service .... we find things from Amazon JAMMED into the mailbox ..... things left by front door which has tarps across front porch so it's obvious we do not use the front door in the winter ..... had calendars that I had ordered FOLDED IN HALF and jammed into the mailbox ..... they just don't care!

Just watched the delivery man pass 5 mailboxes in a row. Didn’t even make an attempt to deliver mail or stop. I know I have mail because I’m tracking a package so was waiting for mail. Poor performance all around.

I am not happy. Today I was to get two packages from Ebay. These were small enough to fit in the mail box, as I have a rural mail box. One was thrown on the porch and was nearly cover with snow. I almost walked on it. The other had been thrown on the ground new to the mail box and it was completely cover by the snow. I had to dig around to find it. If I had not know to look for it, as the Ebay tracking showed that it had been delivered, it would still be buried in the snow. I may not have seen it until the snow melted. I do not appreciate the sloppy delivery.

Charges extra postage on top of postage already paid for priority flat rate envelopes, if you live in Chardon try to avoid items shipped in USPS flat rate envelopes. Does not honor USPS slogan "If it fits it ships"

Huntsburg Ohio Branch. Most every time I stop here, the credit card
reader does not work (it might have worked twice in the last two years).
I use my business credit card to track my business expenses. The
service rep always seems to be anoided or irritated when I bring
packages in to ship out. I feel like I am bothering her from doing
something important. There is usually a delay in getting the postal
labels to print. After paying with cash, I always have to ask for a
receipt. This should be produced automaticly, right? I get the limited
hours, but why not close on Saturday all together and be open Mon
through Friday? This post office is right down the road from my house,
but I would rather drive to Middlefield or Chardon to avoid all of the
above hassles.
