All my mail has been taken out of my mailbox. I have been working sixty hours a week for the last month and have not been able to get to my mailbox and I would appreciate my mail be return to me, I was left a rubber band in my mailbox. Did not appreciate that either

Your phone system is ridiculous. Takes 10 minutes to get through to wait 40 more minutes to talk to someone. Calling local post office is also useless. No one knows anything. Carrier does not know. Informed delivery said a letter was coming today. I did not arrive. Trying to find an answer is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a post office. I stood in line for about 5 minutes while all the lanes were closed and 3 employees talked to each other behind the counter. Then once the lanes opened up I tried to process my passport application. The lady took my ID and made copies, read through my forms and scratched things out on them, then went in the back for a few minutes and came back out with a clipboard and asked if I had an appointment. I told her I did not have an appointment and that I didn't realize I needed one and she told me that they only process them by appointment and the soonest they could setup an appointment is 2 days away. After she had already begun processing it. I asked her how long an appointment takes and she said about 10 minutes. I had already been in the process for over that and she said she could no longer help me. I took my business to a different post office where I was greeted with a smile and taken care of promptly. When I mentioned my experience the teller even told me that they get complaints about that branch all the time. I have always wondered why the post offices are struggling so much but after meeting the crew that I met here I can completely understand why.
