Not happy. My mail carrier refuses to close the door on my box. I am on a major road, and when it rains or snows, all the water/snow goes INSIDE the mailbox and RUINS my mail. Complained before, but nothing has been done. My box works perfectly fine. It's the lazy carrier who won't close it that is the problem. :(

Worst post office ever, never delivers my packages, just leaves a paper claiming I owe them for shipping even tho ive paid in full for shipping, this has happened a dozen times so far, I'm to the point of giving up on having anything shipped to my house, which will be the death of me since I'm not able to leave the house to get food and other items that insure my survival.
