This is ridiculous. I've been waiting on a package that was supposedly "attempted to deliver" last week. I watched the mail person drive by in his truck without even getting out of his vehicle to deliver the package. (Only time he ever does get out is if I am out in the driveway looking at him.) I tried calling the 800# provided for USPS and just get recordings. I tried calling the facility and no one answers the phone.
Where is my package that was accepted by the Broadview Heights, Ohio facility on Nov 9, 2020 ????? Here is the tracking number

I recently moved to 521 Tollis Parkway #492 44147. The inside mailbox key is lost. I am trying to replace the lock it will take a week. I asked the post office to hold my mail. Postmaster I believe Taisha told me they won't do it and come pick up. I have come in three times no body knows where the mail is Today I found it in the lobby of my building. Then she told me in a vial hateful tone with finger pointing "I will give you until Friday then return all your mail to sender". She is a hateful person. She threatned me. I have a problem and she could care less. I have delt with post offices all over the country most employees are great. This women has no business working for the hard working postal service.
some over there doesn't know the differences between a 0 to a 7. i was suppose to get a package today but it shipped there cause someone thought the 0 was a 7.
very disrespectful and lie, claimed that my package wasn't delivered because i had a dog out, when im not even aloud to have a dog at my place and i had other mail in my mailbox
This is a great post office. I am handicapped & never have to wait too long. I shuttle back and forth from Lakewood to Broadview Hts. several times a week.. At peak hours I will make an unscheduled trip to Broadview rather than go to Lakewood post office. Lakewood serves a large population & is very busy most of the time. I say if you don't like your local post office go to another-they're only a mile or two away. Kudos to Broadview P.O. for great service.
