Was disappointed that the winter coat I ordered was forced into my mailbox in such a way that the bag it was shipped in was damaged. It was a chore just to try and pull it out. Thank goodness it was purchased from a retailer with a good return policy. I sure hope that during this time of year that all packages are not treated this same way!

Woman at counter was rude and deliberately inefficient. I was mailing a large number of 6x9 inch envelops that I needed tracking on. Other branches I've used were helpful and efficient. She was sloppy and acted like my request was out of line. I mailed one pkg there. I will take my pkgs to some other branch where the service is friendlier and definitely more helpful. People need to remember that they are open to serve customers.

I think Bolivar has the best Post Office people in the world. Steve is really on top of his game. I see him as a picture of grace under pressure when everybody comes in at once after work. He is so helpful and kind. I wish all people were like this!
