Your information posted on the Internet said your hours on Saturday are until 2:00 pm. I walked a half mile to get my letter weighed and posted with today's date. Your office is closed! There were other customers going in and out of the lobby door, clearly upset because you were not open as stated.

I have a newly broken arm and was so excited to receive my package, however they came to drop it off while I was at an appointment and they just took it back with them, which never happens. So now I have to find a way to take myself to the post office to pick it up. I cannot drive for a several weeks and getting a ride isn’t easily available to me. Ive tried calling here all morning with no response. I have no package and no way of knowing how I’ll retrieve it. Appreciate the considerate services..

Most of the time no matter what time it is or what day you can't get anyone to answer the phone. I only call to get a price of a roll of stamps. I never have a problem with my mail delivery. Thank you

Really disappointed today as I received an email that my package was delivered- checked the mailbox and porch and it wasn’t there. I called the post office only to find out that the carrier put my package in my car because it was raining and he didn’t want it to get wet. The crazy part is, I have a covered porch, it wouldn't have gotten wet had the carrier delivered it properly. This feels like such an invasion of privacy to have had the carrier get in my car.

This is what happen to my mailbox right before Christmas because my carrier didn’t want to come down my driveway so the alternative was to force my packages in my mailbox and bend my mailbox up! I have several pictures but can’t seem to attach them here!

I have had the same thing happen to my mailbox, twice! The second time I watched the currier cram a huge package in my mailbox and break my mailbox. It also damaged the contents of my package. I went to the post office and spoke with the post master. He explained that nothing could be done. The mail currier told my husband to "Buy a bigger mailbox if we don't want our items damaged or our mailbox broken". This is unprofessional and unethical! I refuse to pay for something that someone else breaks, repeatedly. Some mail carriers have no respect for our property. If we damaged someone else's mailbox it would be a crime, so I don't understand the justification here. It's outrageous that mail carriers are allowed to behave like this! It needs to stop!
