Postal Locations

Hi,So I've been really unimpressed within the last 2 months because all my mail is being distributed elsewhere as thesenders never received it back except once and i havent got mail ive been expecting like my f.s replacement card which i need, but for some reason I now have to call a 3rd time to haveem send me another one. And yes i spoke with the man that does call back at youroffice and he said he would talk to my mail man and have it taken care of and that was Thursday and still nothing. So now i have to waste and hr out of my day again to order a freckn replacement card because yall are losing my mail and if u look in your system that is my forwarding address from november when i originally moved up and never had a problem til End of May. I dont know if your staff is deliberately holding my mail because they heard some shit but regardless if i dont get my mail this week im not going to be very happy and ill be in to see you!! The crazy thing is i livex across the street with a friend for a month and my mail was delivered there Friday. Kinda odd???

My package says that it was delivered 30 mins before I got home and there was nothing on my porch. I tried to call to see what happened but I can't get through the animated phone.

I work at a healthcare facility. We have many strict guidelines in place during this pandemic. Today the postal delivery man stopped to pick up resident mail and refused to follow protocol for temperature or questionnaire required to safe guard our residents!! Really??? Said he "wasn't allowed to"

I know that everyone gives such negative feedback for USPS, but this specific branch went above and beyond, with fantastic customer service and did so in the nicest possible way. Thank you so much for your help, its not often you find such oustanding service anywhere, much less USPS.
