Worked in the same office for 30+ years - always have had quality service until the last 2-3 years. Have complained three times at the local and the national level. NOTHING has been resolved. No mail delivered at all today - carrier came in and said there was nothing to deliver. THAT CANNOT be accurate. WE ALWAYS have some mail - some days more than other - BUT NEVER NOTHING. AND they will NOT answer their phone. CRAZY AWFUL service - though I am fully convinced it is not the carrier but the management of this office
THIS IS THE WORST MAIL SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Not only do they NOT answer the phone, but now I'm not even receiving my mail. I've had the same document mailed to me THREE times, yes I made sure the mailing address was correct, it's been over a month and I have yet to get it. Now it's been a week and I haven't received not ONE piece of mail, not even junk mail. Very upset, thanking God I'm moving. I've never had this problem at any other place I have lived. Seriously this place is a joke!
We have received someone else's mail 3 days in a row this week. This is a continuing problem. Happens at least once a week. Yesterday, ALL of the mail we received was not ours. It belonged to someone down the road, so we just left it in the mailbox and put the flag up. Makes me wonder who got OUR mail and will we ever get it all back. It's very aggravating. Can't the postal carrier check to see if the mail he is delivering is going to the right address? Or is this a sorting problem at the post office? Please fix it!!!!
This is a review for my carrier Aron. I'm 56 years old and in that time have had many come and go and not one is even close to the quality he represents. He not only does what is required but goes far above. Friendly personality always, even when things aren't going his way. Thanks Aron :-)
These other posts are correct! I continue to call and they disconnect the call after repeated rings. I know that it is a small postal office but they need to be a little more receptive to helping people that are calling. I was trying to call regarding a package that they stated, "Customer not home or business closed" which was completely false! My husband was home with a virus and I was here ALL day taking care of him! I am thinking about reporting them as soon as I find out the correct route to take.
They never answer the phone! We have a business mailing account there. If I have a question about the account I try to call but they never answer the phones! I've tried calling early, mid-day, and late in the da,y all during business hours, but they never answer the phone! So I have to travel 30 minutes to get my questions answered. So frustrating!
Several times on this week I call the post office during business hours. No answered the call. Today during business hours the Batavia Post office did not answer the phone...just rang and rang an then discounted.
It's no wonder other mail services a growing...service should be taken out of your name!!!
Postal worker will not close the mailbox door, therefore, mail is blown out of the mailbox and into the gutter, getting soaking wet. Just got a call from a credit card company stating they did not receive last months payment. It was made & placed in our mailbox with the flag up for the mailman to collect. Please replace this lazy person.
No one answered the phone when I call the post office. Where is everybody? Are they as lazy as our mail man?

Mailperson who I've never seen before, on 9/2/16, put our mail in the garage under a package (box) she was also delivering. If I hadn't seen her do it, I might have missed both the mail and the package for several days. That is lazy and unacceptable.
