Postal Locations

Have the Informed Delivery app so I can see everyday what should be in the mail delivery. Constantly get pieces missing. Again today .. a friggin car title!!! Whatever happened to them bringing back mail they neglected to deliver the same day?? Too bad Trump bailed them out with millions of $$$. They certainly don't do their jobs!!!!

Had a issue with my mail and had to speak on the phone with one of the ladies. She was so rude and didn’t even care to listen to what I had to say and just talked to me so rudely for no reason. Didn’t even solve the issue at all.

Allegedly the postal carrier in my area delivered a package to my home on December 24, 2019 at 12:06 PM. That’s according to the tracking information. The package was never delivered there was actually somebody waiting for somebody watching the mail carrier deliver the mail and he did not deliver the package of tools that I was expecting. This package was supposed to contain 1025 husky tools. The mail carrier claims to not remember a package that heavy. However my mail is normally delivered between 1:30 and 2:30 PM. Yet it says it was delivered at 12:06 PM? When I brought it up to the woman at the Ellet post office she refused to listen to what I had to say. Instead she told me to contact the place I got my package from and see if they were just resend it. Completely dismissed the fact that my package was not delivered as the carrier said. Didnt offer to file a lost package claim or anything. Sounds like that lady doesn’t like her job. The postmaster general was very interested in hearing about this. If anybody else has had to deal with this crap in this area just know something will be done.

Had a package delivered today,the lady in the postal suv,opened the other side of here door and kick my package out by the mail box didn’t bring it to the porch,I live on mogadore rd ,very busy st,someone could of stole my stuff,what is wrong with wedgewood post office05/29/19,at 5:59 pm

I live in Ellet on Harding ave. On Sat. I was expecting delivery of a package of little value but it had little extras for my nephew s birthday. Did not received I asked my mailman he looked and did not see it, about two hours later he showed up with the package. I am so proud of him who does that? He went above and beyond for me. I keep telling him we want him for our regular mailman. He explained he's not allowed yet to have it. He's so kind speaks highly of post office, I don't know his name but it's ward 6 1999 Harding ave. He is and outstanding employee and human being!! I would like to commed and show appreciation to Dale Roberson for taking care of the residents on Piercy Dr. He goes out of his way to take care of the older patrons and those who need help. I have MS and it’s hard to get to the mailbox when I’m alone. Tonight, I asked that a package be delivered to my front porch instead of trying to get to the mailbox after dark. Instead, it was crammed in my mailbox. Mr. Roberson will bring it to my door, along with all my mail, not just the package. He should be an example of what the USPS stands for.

No mail 11/29/18 on mogadore again,,this has to stop 2268 to 2390,this is the second time this week,mailman skipped us again

Over a week ago I received a registered mail pink slip. I signed and put back on a clothespin on mailbox. I asked to have it redelivered. I have yet to see it. Dave, who also lives here, received a pink slip also ( the day before me). He has not gotten his registered mail either. Please deliver our mail.
