Postal person lies. Delivered a certified letter (return reciept) to a person who no longer lives at the address. When confronted said they are holding the person's mail. I said that's not how it works. Trying to send legal documents. She stated they can hold mail for pickup. I said it's been over 60 days. She then said she can for 90 days. Well, not according to USPS regulations. States only 30 days with a forwarding address. Secondly, USPS regulations state, they cannot hold you mail if you don't live there. Hold there mail for 90 days, I said why don't they get a PO BOX??????

Just frustrating. Trying to follow the law and courts on giving "legal" notice to folks. And the USPS delivers a certified letter to someone not living at the address on the notice because they're holding their mail for them. USPS cannot hold the mail for someone never who is not living at the address. And complicit with said felony having them check the box on the return receipt, sign it and return to through the USPS stating they live at that address even though they put a vacant card in the mailbox and has been vacated for over 60 days. Someone(s) need to lose their job and pension union or no union. This is what we pay for. No wonder the USPS is 10's of billions in debt.
