Mail deposit box...Riverdale Ave..near bldg 80..mail stuck..

Constantly rude and will leave packages anywhere. From here to Pa,Fla, New Orleans, Jersey. What's up packages not even scanned over a month later. We are PAYING for this service. Terrible,

This post office is VERY unprofessional. I call and the phone is NEVER answered. I ordered two packages these past two months. The first package I never received and the second was supposed to arrive to my home today. I canceled plans and made arrangements to stay home. I sat on my couch the entire day and later recieve an email stating delivery was attempted and no one was home to receive the package. No one rang my bell and no truck was in sight on my street. I'm starting to get very agitated with this post office. This is not the first, second, nor third time this has happened. This is a constant issue. Something needs to be done!!!

Recently moved away from Yonkers and filed a change of address form; this post office consistently fails to forward mail and has ignored my attempts to locate this mail which has gone missing. They make mistakes and I pay the price.

Im sick and tired of a mailman that seems to always have a problem delivering my MAIL late,wrong mail,and lying about delivers that cant be done because i was not home and i was!!!!!! This has been going b4 the pandemic!!!!!

Does anyone know who the Yonkers Postmaster is. Thanks

The mail is always delivered at 3pm. What happened? In the past, we received the mail between 11:30 and 1:30. But you've become so unreliable and frustrating. It's so disappointing now. Even when you call nobody answers and you can't leave a message.
