Horrible delivery they placed my passport on top of the mailboxes for anyone to take. Luckily there are honest people still.

I’m very upset how my mail is continuously being put in other peoples mail box. I am livid as today I expected mail and he zoomed last my house in a rush, didn’t even stop to check if there was mail to my house .

I have been trying to get my mail forwarded since Nov. 2021 and of today Feb 7 it still not happened. When I made an inquiry through the PS 800 no. It was referred to the WBPO on two occasions where I did get a call from them saying they would take care of the matter, but still no luck getting my mail forwarded. To add insult to injury they never answer their phone.

We had our mail forwarded to Florida, hardly get any. Our bank called and told us our mail was returned to them!!!! How many other pieces of mail were returned instead of forwarded????

I do not understand how this post office cannot get one thing right the lady smokes in the car where the mail is the mail smells like straight-up cigarettes she cannot deliver a package on time or anything we've been waiting for one package for the past 2 months still haven't got it we call the post office they don't want to get off their butt and do their job I'm just going to pursue with a lawyer and sue them for everything that we did not get that we paid for this is the most ridiculous post office I have ever seen in my life I think they should shut down and I bet you no one would miss him because then maybe the packages would be delivered on time because another post office would do their job

The mail lady in the red car that doesn't wurtsboro hills is a LIAR and EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. ( This is has been a constant issue and I've called and went into post office and spoke to manager dozens of times) I paid extra to have a very VERY important car part delivered today Monday January 13th 2020. I have multiple cameras and 2 can see the mail box. This morning at 10:32am I received a notification that my package was just attempted to be delivered, no answer and they left with package. I was sitting 3 feet from the door with open view of road and mail box. Saw no one I reviewed my cameras and the mail lady never drove by or stopped at my home. I called the WURTSBORO post office. 1st the manager said she got ahold of the mail lady and she said she tired to deliver package but no answer. I told her that's odd bc my cameras say different. She put me on hold and then changed her story and said oh ummm well see she hasn't really left the post office yet. I said so you lied and she lied by scanning my package saying "attempted, no answer" BUT SHE HASN'T EVEN LEFT THE OFFICE YET? She said the package was too big and the mail lady figured you'd just come and pick it up. I SAID HELL NO. I paid for delivery to my home and as you know this isn't the 1st or 7th time it's been a constant issue. I told her the package isn't big at all. It's the size of a box of diapers. And weighs about 10lbs she told me 100% my package will be delivered today. I'm the mail ladys 1st stop. It's been hours and nothing yet. THIS NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. I WILL BE WAITING IN THE STREET FOR THIS LADY TOMORROW

I ordered a Nintendo that cost $270 for my granddaughter's birthday today. Since it was ordered in July I was upset that it hadn't been delivered on time. Tracking the package today I found that the carrier left the package up on the street by my mailbox on August 7th. Of course, someone must have taken it. This ruined a child's 8th birthday and I am devastated.

I put a handful of stamped letters for my business into the metal USPS box outside of this post office and they never arrived at their destinations, they were important bills that resulted in a lot of chaos. 6 months later (forgetting that episode) I put about 10 more stamped letters into that same box and 1 month later they have still not reached their destination. This last time there were over $10,000 worth of checks in them, this resulted my business getting reported to government agencies for non payment and more chaos. These letters were common monthly bills that I normally send through regular mail in NYC without a second thought. This Post Office claimed no responsibility or explanation, they just said "you should have certified them". Are they are telling me that unless I spend the extra money every month to certify my mail that anything I put in a Federal Mail Box has almost no chance of reaching it's destination? NEVER mail anything out of that post office, especially the box outside, you might as well be throwing it into a garbage can. Whatever is going on over there is a federal crime and I'm going to report them for it.

I have a continuous problem with getting mail. I have a post office box because I was told the post office will not deliver to my house (yet my next door neighbor has mail delivered to them). I have had numerous issues with getting mail from banks, insurance companies, and even prescription mail services. All of them want my physical address, but when sent the mail gets returned to them. How can this problem be rectified?
