I own a house in wilson ny for 23 years . For over 10 years we have a P.O. Box 206 Our first post master appeared on tv with us Charlie he was family and we bought him gifts for Xmas , Our second was few year ago joe held our make as we became snow birds , even when our bill was due this past spring . They told us they needed it paid in person. Which we did in May. They would call my number if they had a question . No calls I rented the house in July could of had my mail picked up the key is there . I called in June they said any issue they would call me They never did So they returned my mail resulting in water bill fine. The new post master was not nice Horrible customer service And I want to know whom I can right too ti make a official complaint . 23 years and now this . I’m sure I can get Charlie to right us a reference. Of the type of customer we are . My husband is a disabled veteran and he now lost his ID card . Jeanine Depalma 3522127414 We are told today
