Had a package say it was delivered in my mail box at 1:47pm it was 8:35pm that day when I got the notification. Well I was home and no package. Plus the item was a 42 pound box. You tell me how anyone got that into my mail box. I track package and says delivered. No one answers phone and I have to wait to claim it lost threw shipping company. Horrible service. And you wonder why the USPS is still around

It is now 4:30 pm and no postman has shown up at my building to deliver mail. When you call the post office at 914-287-2501, no one answers, and no one ever answers because they are used to doing what they damn please!!!!!Take notice, Fisher Avenue, that as of tomorrow, all of your nonsense is going to stop, as I am filing a complaint with the Postmaster General about the crappy way you conduct yourselves. You work for me, the taxpayer, and I do not work for you!!!!!!!!!

I am so upset by the way I was spoken to by one of the tellers in the White Plains office. It was 5 pm unbeknownst to me, I went in the 620 Mamaroneck Ave office in White plains, to get a priority box. I didn't know it was closed, I walked in as a cust. Walked out. The teller in a very nasty tone, tells me I have to leave they are closed, I said I just have to grab a box, she again nasty tone, said YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE BUILDING NOW! I did, but was upset, I wasn't going to delay her further. I needed a priority box, just grab and go, she had 2 people waiting still to get helped, don't understand why so mean. Ever since they transferred the tellers from the Fisher Ave post office, this place has had horrible customer service. I wish they would have kept the ladies that were there before ( one of them is still there and she is the best, wish I knew her name) they always helped people quickly, politely and with a smile. This was the office I would go to for any mailing services but ever since the switched the tellers, most of the time I go to UPS, to avoid confrontation. A little more expensive but no headaches.
