No one ever answers phone and speaks. They hangup without saying a word. Everytime I call. Carrier reported my mail undeliverable which is impossible because I have a slot in my door. Then social security was told my mail was undeliverable why I have no idea. My check is all electronic deposit so no mail. No one will admit who claimed it was undeliverable or who contacted ssi

on 7/26/21and again on 8/3/21 OUR MAIL WAS LEFT AT THE ENTRANCE TO OUR OFFICE.THE POSTAL CARRIER DID NOT COME INTO OUR OFFICE TO PICK UP OUT GOING MAIL. THIS IS A HIPPA VIOLATION. THE CARRIER IS NOT OUR REGULAR ONE. OUR CARRIER IS JOHN AND HE ALWAYS DELIVERS OUR MAIL IN OUR OFFICE. HE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND CONSIDERATE. I WANT THIS COMPLAINT TO BE HANDLED CORRECTLY
