Yesterday, one of your employees helped me solve a problem. Calling the number given for delivery problems, I spoke with Andrew who was very understanding and helpful. I explained how I'd mailed something Priority from Texas that had a mistake with the house #. He logically worked through the problem and came up with the solution. Kudos to Andrew for his helpfulness and willingness to figure things out! Thanks.

I use this post office, Kernan, a lot, but the hours are not as described above. The lobby closes at 5'30 most days, 2:30 on Saturdays, and there is a 45 minute closure of the tellers at lunch time. The service by the tellers is excellent.
