Why do my CPAP supplies smell like cigarette smoke? (Delivered on Saturday 2/27/2021) All my mail smells like smoke. Can you tell the Mailman not to smoke around my mail pleaded and ask him when he will be buying me more CPAP supplies seeing I put this stuff over my face every night before I go to bed. Gross!

Question— I have a small package to be returned to sender. Can I just bring it in to be returned or is there a procedure to follow? As in filling out paperwork ? And if Milton Ave isn’t my actual post office, can I bring it there to be returned anyway ? Thank you for your help . Pat Brophy

I was expecting a package from Amazon today so when I saw the UPS truck drive by without stopping at 4:02 PM, I decided to go online and track my package. Turns out the package is being delivered by USPS and they said that they had attempted delivery at 3:40 PM. The problem with that scenario is that I was exercising on my elliptical in my living room since 3:00 PM and could see every vehicle that drove by ( such as the UPS truck). No postal vehicle stopped or drove by. I want to know whether delivery was attempted at the wrong address or the carrier just lied. Since the package I was expecting was just a bottle of vitamins and should have easily fit in the mailbox, what's the reason for this deception?

Keri, the woman that works at the counter is extremely rude and classless and her manager isn’t very nice either. She seems to not know that Puerto Rico runs on US currency and she just has an attitude problem and does not represent the company values. Definitely never visiting the store again.

I understand Xmas is a busy time of year. My carrier brought a package to my house on 12/21/17 and threw it onto my porch from 6 feet away. Today 12/22 she delivered a package containing electronics and again threw it onto the porch from 8 feet away. Both of these occurrences were witnessed by either myself or my daughter.

041415JAN17- Attempted to call (rang 20 times) regarding a sticker that is on my mother's mailbox. It says "Managed Mail". I need to relocate the mailbox from the wall of the house to the driveway due to poor workmanship on a porch repair. It is unsafe for my mother to come onto the porch and also for your employee to step on it with snowy boots. The relocation is in the best interest of all involved. Will the relocation/replacement of the current mailbox have an impact on her service??

We are a new building in Township 5 Camillus, NY . Our mail service has been unpredictable since we moved here. Some days we do not receive any mail or it goes to another building. If the mailman does not come here then our outgoing mail does not go either. I do not believe we have a any postman assigned to our route. We are a medical office and need our mail service on a regular basis.

I couldn't agree more! Ever since they have taken the route away from 1 person and give it to a different mailperson every day. The mail is not separated between offices, some days the mail doesn't come or even get picked up and the times are always different. Have called and complained many times to which the response has always been "Sorry, it's a pick up route".
