3/23/21 Received soaked, damaged, ruined mail. Had to toss out some. Mail carrier dropped mail for someone else on our steps. It was sodden when we discovered it. Always wet mail when it rains. This was the worst.

the Port Richmond Ave SI 10303 post office needs an investigation! Been waiting three days for several packages and no updates-website says "out for delivery."Called today and was told they'd be delivered today. I have a private LOCKED box. Now update says delivery tried 5:08 to insecure location. Request re-delivery. That's a load of crap! I've been home all day. No mail was ever delivered to my address or locked mailbox.

I received a phone call from one of my tenants who claimed that they were blamed for someone else not getting their mail in a timely fashion. The Postal Carrier was very rude to this tenant and even told other tenants that she was to blame for a mix-up with the mail for the entire apartment complex. This mix-up would not have occurred if the Postal Carrier had collected the mail as they were supposed to and returned the mail to the sender (the mail was addressed to a tenant who moved out more than five years ago). I am constantly receiving complaints about the Postal Carriers who deliver to this complex from my tenants.
