I tried to reschedule a registered letter delivery and almost got scammed out of 60 dollars. My credit card company was able to remove the charge. Be careful where you click.

Cannot get through to Lexington Post Office. They won't pick up their phone. Moved 3 weeks ago. Still no mail. Incompetent bosses who lack communication and problem solving skills to resolve the issue.

My wife and I are trying to send out an RSVP response for my cousin's wedding but for three days in a row now the mail person has ignored the flag being up and has just stuffed our mail in the mailbox with disregard to the mail that we are trying to send out. I have been trying to contact my local post office that delivers our mail to let someone know (1280 Lexington Ave, Rochester, NY 14606) but the phone rings for four minutes and then hangs up. I have called three times and no one is answering at that station. I am a bit baffled by the level of disfunction.

I wrote a few times already and never got an answer. We used to get out mail in the early afternoon now Its anywhere from 5:30 to 7:30 at night. This is not right. What is the problem? We want our mail delivered at the time it used to be. I want a reply to this.

I have tried unsuccessfully to return a phone call to the Lexington Avenue Post Office. The phone lines are constantly busy. When I finally did get through, I reached an endless loop of "mailbox full" messages. I remain a dissatisfied customer and will continue to attempt to register my complaints and concerns.

postal workers don't deliver your mail... OR they come as late as the hours of 6pm and 8pm to deliver at your home DAILY!!! then they tell you that you can't pick up your mail at the main office. Our mail is being held HOSTAGE!!! Or when you call all voice mail boxes are FULL!!!
