THE WORST. They refuse to deliver my packages. They don't even attempt to check if anyone is home, they are lazy and just leave notice for redelivery. I have spoken with them several times about my deliveries, and they told me they would leave them going forward per my request and then they still refuse to leave my package. It is incredibly frustrating that I can't recieve any of my mail because of their incompetency.

I am a senior citizen. In my entire life, I have never run into a worse post office branch. Hold mail requests are only honored with multiple calls; when a hold expires, it takes multiple calls to have the accumulated mail delivered. Adding insult to injury, the mail is again held past the initially resolved case. The service windows attendants cannot be more rude and inattentive. Package windows are frequently unattended and ignored. Packages are lost or mislabeled as delivered though they are not If this were a business, it would already have failed. Horrid.

This post office is beyond infuriating. The number is out of order, and they constantly lose packages. They will just mark packages as delivered even though they were in NO way delivered, and then it's impossible to get ahold of them to report a mis-delivery or lost package. If anyone has any tips on how to get ahold of these people, please let me know.

This locations is single handedly DEVISTATING my small business. This location refuses to scan my packages upon intake so it always looks like the packages have NOT been shipped [on time or at all in some instances] on my end until they are scanned into their arriving location ...and that's if they even arrive . I have packages that I've dropped off and they have bee missing for months. But that's just one of many of the issues... when you walk into this establishment there a ton of young women working behind the scenes ALL of them on their phones at all times and the attitudes... but I'm not even going to focus on that because honestly its a small role in comparison to the bigger picture... this postal office is an essential service in a diverse neighborhood, and rather then serving the community it is neglecting and mistreating it. We need someone to come in and reform the management and staff that is working there and ensure that the services that are being provided are actually executed. Again, as a small business owner that spends hundreds of thousands yearly on shipping this office has failed me repeatedly.

GOD AWFUL. NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. THE FAX NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. THEY CONSTANTLY ATTEMPT DELIVERIES ON THE WEEKEND KNOWING THAT WE ARE ALWAYS CLOSED THEN. AND TODAY USPS TRACKING NUMBER 9405508205498084190027 IS READY FOR PICKUP BECAUSE WE WERE CLOSED ON SATURDAY 9/4/2021. I WANT THIS PACKAGED DELIVERED TODAY ON 9/7/2021.

Esta oficina postal pierde un 40% de mis paquetes 📦. Estoy muy enojada y preocupada todo se pierde y nunca lo encuentran ,yo tengo las pruebas que si lo reciben. Aparecen piezas incompletas ,sucias y abiertas. No sé en realidad que pasa. Fe dex dice haberlo entregado el último el 21 de mayo 2021 y 15 veces han dicho que no lo encuentran.

Today, that's December 15th, 2020 I've sent an email to my local Postmaster, as such: Hello Mr. Postmaster. I would like to congratulate you for your dedicated postal workers. In this happy time of recent Pandemonium they work especially hard to show how good they are. They work hard for 12 hours a day to deliver what ever has been sent to us, like it states in the transcript below. "Tracking History December 15, 2020, 7:38 pm Available for Pickup RIDGEWOOD, NY 11385 Your item arrived at the RIDGEWOOD, NY 11385 post office at 7:38 pm on December 15, 2020 and is ready for pickup. December 15, 2020, 6:56 pm Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location RIDGEWOOD, NY 11385 December 15, 2020, 7:10 am Out for Delivery RIDGEWOOD, NY 11385 December 15, 2020, 4:28 am Arrived at Post Office RIDGEWOOD, NY 11385 December 15, 2020, 2:52 am Arrived at USPS Facility RIDGEWOOD, NY 11385" I would like to nominate for an award (if there is any of course, and if there isn't make one, please) the dedicated delivery person that started today at 7:10am, has been delivering some tings for a whole day, and when at 6:56pm 'Attempted' to finally make the delivery, there was 'No Access to Delivery Location'. WOW. WOOOOOW. I could presume that the ACCESS was somehow barred by, possibly, the SARS-CoV-2. In that case everything is clear. The only thing troubles me however. How to make 'Available for Pickup' when there was no any NOTE left at the LOCATION? That's why I'm emailing this to you Mr. Postmaster. I hope that the email delivery is no worse than the MAIL one. the worst post office in existance. Claims they left notices and showed up for delivery when it all just a big fat lie. everyone should be fired ,,,,,,,,period!!!!! phone what phone this is the only post office that hides from the public....they are all idiots that can never lose therir jobs. what a joke...nobody does their job

I have been calling this post office all day today. It rings...it connects...silence....then disconnects. All day. I must have called 30 times throughout the day. All this because a package that was to be delivered 1/4 was never delivered due to the snowstorm (ok I get it), but no notice, and no attempts at redelivery. I need to find out if my package is still there and either get it re-delivered or held for pickup.

I sent books to my two twin grandchildren in Dec. Tracking stated they were delivered, however they were never received. I called Ridgewood PO to inquire, they "HUNG UP" on me twice. I them called my Wellsville NY PO for help.....they agreed to call and they "HUNG UP" on a fellow postal worker THREE times. There has to be over site on the part of the USPS. This is why I am writing the Post Office General. These workers need to be fired, end of rant

This post office is amazingly horribly. Dont understand how they are allowed to get away with it. Expecting delivery, someone home all day. Never ringed doorbell, and didnt leave note. Went to pick it up and its not there but in the truck out for delivery( which never delivers ). I'm done with usps, use fedex or ups, no issues whatsoever with them.

5/10/17 Delivery attempted- business was closed- Held at Post Office for business to reopen. BUSINESS? This is my home. I WAS HOME. NO delivery and no answer by phone for two days. On 5/5/17 another package was noted as left at front door- There was no delivery attempt- We were all home in the storm- No one rang the bell- there was no package at the front door- Now I have 2 deliveries within a weeks time that I cannot reach the Post Office about. Am I supposed to loose pay and take off from work to get the run around in person?

If you schedule a pickup at your address, be ready for a wait. I had faith because the mailman on my route is very nice. However, i left a package for more than week, had to call and complain to a very unprofessional manager, about it. He acted as if it was nothing. Even after that it took days and days. if i had the time id just take drop my package elsewhere, at another location. the service leaves a lot to be desired. Also when you call, you cant even hear the person on the other end most of the time.

PICK UP THE PHONE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. You could put oompa loopas in there as employees and it would run better. Absolutely disgraceful. Even Newman from Seinfeld would probably pick up the phone at least once. 60 times I have called in the past 2 hours. F*** this Post Office.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE MAIL MAN IVE BEEN WAITING FOR PACKAGE FOR I WHOLE WEEK . They serve a notice of delivery of shipment and as a result it is not. mail does not reach. Each does his work, since they are to deliver it. Is someone finally something to do with the cast of this post ????? Is it necessary to intervene even higher ???

THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. ALWAYS GIVING US OTHER PEOPLES MAIL . NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE AND ALWAYS HAS THE LONGEST LINES EVER EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE NUMEROUS CLERKS SITTING BEHIND THE GLASS. WHO DO WE NEED TO COMPLAIN TO ABOUT THIS?????????????????????????????

Definitely one of the worst postal offices in the country. If you try contacting them over the phone, forget about it. Their manager encourages the workers to not pick the phone up. I've called about 30 times just to hope someone picks up. Their service is horrible in person, the office is located less than a mile, but I prefer driving another 3 miles for a more convenient location.

Hi, I was told that a package had had sent to Ridgeway Ny, cost an additional $3.74 to be delivered. I paid a $1.69 it was under three ounces. This is the first time in over 5 years that this was supposed to happen. Please let me know what is wrong with this. Thank you, confirmation # is 9400109699939738490425
