My packages get delivered so ripped open and smashed that I can't even stand it...children's Christmas toys shouldn't come all dented in due to problems between the carrier and the person the mail is being delivered to.. I have taken pictures that's how bad these packages are..

Just a quick note to commend the outstanding performance of the people at the Pine Plains Post Office. Recently the Postal Carrier delivered a piece of correspondence to me that was addressed to an old address that I haven't been at for over nine years. That kind of service is above and beyond what would normally be expected. In addition, our letter carrier has been doing an outstanding job at my new residence for as long as I have been there.
