Is anyone experiencing mail delays...

Wow, we need to get rid of Postmaster Lovejoy, appointed by the board Trump stuffed, who tried to destroy the USPS before the elections to undermine voting by mail, and who is still trying to make sure no one wants to use the post office. I made the mistake of trying to get a package picked up from home, because I don't want to stand in line indoors with 20 other people waiting. They claim to have picked it up, but it's still in the lobby -- and I've tried re-entering the request multiple times.

I am not sure why this office does not pick up the phone? Why bother to list your phone number? The substitute carrier today, 02/25/20 at 3pm, at 275 South Street, had his earphones on, leaning back and not sorting the mail. I was there to pick up my mail from the day before, which was late, and he had the cart blocking the entrance. This is unacceptable. The security person had to come to give me access. We are waiting for important mail and you wonder why the postal service gets a bad name. Your workers are on the front line of representing your service. Please give them better training or give the job to those who want to do the job.

My ex-husband worked here for many years. He said it was a great place to work. Glad to see it still looks the same.✉📬
