I have a great mail carrier who is consistent and personable. How come the carriers from this post office are banned from using hand carts???????? Don't you think that the public would be better served if their mail was dry when it arrived on a rainy day? Not to mention the physical well being of the carriers who now have to lug around pouches of mail on their shoulders and backs. Management needs to reassess their priorities.
COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!! Whenever I see usps is delivering any package I don't count on receiving it. The most recent mishap was forwarding my package to an unknown address because of "forwarding instructions" or the zip code was wrong. NEVER forwarded anything from my address or did a change of address and the zip code was correct. They ended up sending it back to the sender. This is why everyone hates USPS, they can't do basic things.
Small post office, weird hours. I made an appt. for passport application and the Indian lady made me retake my picture saying I couldn't use the one I bought. I had to pay $15 and she would only take one picture. I asked her to take one more, she was like this one is good. It was crap photo and if I am paying, she should have taken another one. I should have fought her, I am Indian myself so she wanted to take advantage of me. I didn't want to create a scene but I regret not being more forceful. Federal employees are lazy.
Can you please have someone contact me in Mesquite, Texas. You are holding a package there and I would like to have it re-routed to me. I have the Tracking Number. I will give it to you when you make contact.
I was very disappointed to see a political group camped out outside the Post Office in New Hyde Park. I was under the impression that politics was not allowed to be conducted on Federal property
Very disappointed with the passport clerk at the front desk watching her give more preference to customers that look like her. We all same and everyone deserves the same courtesy and attention especially after waisting 20 minutes online during your lunch break.
I think you need to have a meeting with your postal carriers and remind them on how important it is for people to get their mail and how mail should reach its destination. I have not received pieces of mail especially bills for some time now and I am getting slammed with late fees. None of my mail is getting to me either. I have been missing bills that have never reached my address and now I’m owing late fees plus double amounts. I don’t know if anyone else out there is having an issue like this but I think this needs to be resolved. You can’t even trust your MAIL CARRIERS to their JOBS.

Sorry, there was a mix-up I received two notices about the same package. The delivery was correct. Amazon & USPS sent messages about the same package

The mail box in New Hyde Park. By new Hyde park road and hillside ave. I went to mail a letter to day 5/10/2017. And the mail is up to the top. Please have some one empty it. It sits on NEW Hyde Park road. On the same side of the 7-11. Thank u
We live in new Hyde park and have NOT had a mail delivery since the blizzard on Tuesday. My question - WHY? One day after storm I can see but not two days.
