The worst. Act like they are not being paid to do job. Also only seemingly nice to you if they think you're wealthy.

My mail has not been delivered in the past 10 days. I informed Natalie on Friday, June 23, and again on June 27 and today. She suggested that there was no flier last week, and was dismissive of any problem. This morning, Natalie informed that 2 pieces of mail had been sorted for me, and that Mike, the substitute carrier, was leaving to deliver at 12p. At 3p,I called Natalie again, who informed me that Mike had returned from delivery. I advised her that my mail was not delivered. I directed her to report the matter to Ed Rivera, the Postmaster in Millbrook, and find out where Mike delivered my mail for the past 10 days. This is historically an issue for Verbank residents. My passport was delivered to my next door neighbor 6 years ago, and my other next door neighbor's diabetes medicine has been delivered to my box on 4 occasions. Additionally, I frequently receive mail for a resident of On The Green. Lisa, who has retired from the Verbank Post Office, offered me a box at no charge, because she acknowledged a major problem, beyond her control. All the prior issues were brought to Ed Rivera's attention 6 years ago, yet the problem continues. I want my mail returned to me, and an assurance that the carrier has been educated/disciplined, with regard to mail delivery. I called and spoke with Andreya in Millbrook, who told me that Natalie is not Mike's boss; she is just a clerk; that even though I have spoken with Natalie 4 times, Mike may not listened to her. I conveyed that the issue should have been passed to Ed Rivera. I asked for a call back from Ed Rivera. My address is 77 O'Brien Hill Road, Verbank, NY 12585 Cathy Camplisson
