They literally never answer the phone. Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. They have no answers to anything you ask them. The only answer you get is to call a 1800 number which also knows nothing.

Why don't they answer the phone?? And why has a package of mine listed as in Buffalo Friday not been delivered on Monday?? Always missing mail, getting wrong mail... This office needs a major employee overhaul.

This is the most ridiculous postal service I've ever had in my life. We miss mail weekly. I visited the Post office and spoke with the Postmaster in Feb. He took my phone number along with how much mail we have missed. I see the USPS daily mail scanned in and half shows up on a good day. Clearly we are not alone in this by reading others complaints. Again today, 6 missing pieces of mail. What in the love of God does someone have to do..in order to get someone to answer the phone at the post office?

Absolutely terrible. If my mail actually comes to my address it’s a miracle. They were supposed to put a hold only on my parents mail they put a hold on all the mail coming to the house and now it’s being delivered to a different address ridiculous do your job
