We have a mail delivery person that delivers to homes inconsistently when a home has a dog. Some days she just passes up your home if the front door is open but storm doors are shut. Then on days she delivers to the same home With the same circumstances. Today I was out front on my property with my dog leashed and she yelled at me ‘ put your dog in the house. No excuse me or can you put the dog in the house. So I put him in the house and when she got to my house she passed it and delivered to my next door neighbor who has a dog and she delivered their mail even with the door open. When I told her the dog was in the house she told me to walk to her and get my mail. She was leaving my neighbors house so I would have had to walk and with my disability would have caused me pain. This woman was nasty from the beginning and I am glad I video the event. I’m sure the USPS would hate this out on the web.

I had sent priority mail on Dec 1 2020 from Harriman TN to a niece in Levittown NY what I thought wd be an earlyCristmas gift..arrival to be Dec 5. Never got there and no other info since Dec 3rd in transit to next facility. Filed a claim ...as I also did with 2 others sent to.other areas on Long Island. I received an e mail the following day fto STEVE FICARA at Levittown thst he is looking into the clsim.. Not even an acknowledgment from the other 2 area Post Offices Today Steve Ficara called me and let me know that my priority mail is at the Bethpage Dist. Ctr..n should be delivered bf Christmas. I was most pleasantly surprised by Steve Ficara's outstanding customer service skills and how pleasant he was in dealing with all the stress of missing packages. Mo..it did not solve my problem..but he has restored my faith that there are some caring people who work our postal system. THANK YOU STEVE FICARA for tracking down to that point. It is the most anyone has done on these priority mail envelopes. The ONLY person to respond.. Levittown Post office is lucky to have you as an employee. Hopefully my priority mail will.be delivered bf Christmas.. Thanks again Steve..if only all people I had spoken to were as nice and caring as you. Ellen Rickett. Oakdale, Tn .. Fyi a former Long Islander living in TN sincec2011. Merry Christmas n Blessings to all. .

I realize weather was not good on Thursday and Friday, so I understand why mail delivery was suspended. However, I do not understand why there wasn't mail delivery today, Saturday, January 6th. I have lived in Levittown for 38 years and cannot recall not receiving mail for three days in a row, under similar weather conditions.

I visited your Levittown post office 9! February 27 2017 at around 4:30 pm. I delt with a "supervisor" named Nick. He not only spoke to the employees in a very rude and unprofessional/condicending way but the customers as well. I am a manager myself and the way he treats people should be handled by upper management. The employee needed help with refunding me which she clearly didn't know how to do and instead of helping her as a manager should do he made her feel dumb and spoke to her like she was mentally challenged. Then proceeded to give me an attitude and that's just not okay. Luckily I am a patient and professional man and held my tounge. Please deal with this man accordingly because I come in to the Levittown office twice a month and spend a large amount of money for the business I manage and I refuse to be treated to and spoken to the way I was today. Please and thank you
