As a business Manager in the village for the last 5 years I can tell you without a doubt that this post office is literally the WORST. We have had multiple packages sent back to companies we ordered from due to a non deliverable address. We took the time to fill out a form to push any and all packages to our PO box and it STILL happens. The building is literally across the street from us and they continue to give me excuse after excuse as to why they are sending our packages back. Our business is open year round and I have to specifically request that my packages are NOT sent USPS because it is almost guaranteed that I will not get supplies that are needed when I order them. I have to contact the company I ordered from and tell them the issue and to please use another service. You want to know why all these other forms of mail are happening and taking over and the USPS is doing so poorly? This particular one is a shining example of poor customer service and terrible work ethic. I hope it is obsolete and not even a cheaper option for anyone to use in the the very near future.

I have to hound the mail man to get him to deliver my packages, 5 times in a row I have ordered a package and it will say out for delivery and then I get my mail and he takes it back to the office. I get that you are on little time but all that he has to do is leave it at the gate. Never had any problem until this newer guy appeared. (montcalm street area) maybe he isn't trained correctly, not really sure.

For some reason, the mail man for 50 West St left mail going back to December. I gave a request that all me mail was to be Forward to my Florida address for October to April. All the mail that was not forward were bills that were overdue. Now I have to pay a penalty.
