Nothing but good vibes with my mail man. seems to deliver on time and is very pleasent . Last mail man that moved to a different location because of this neighborhood. He was the best mailman to date.
Super friendly & helpful staff. Lobby has a great, vintage vibe. Would be nice if they fixed fencing so you don't have to walk around to front from side parking.

The mailman doesn’t come daily and packages are always out for delivery and arrive 3 days after it’s out for delivery. Why is the mail so slow on Dartmouth street in JC?
I saw the mailman on my street and still no mail. Not to mention they didn't even pick up mail I nèeded sent out. This is ridiculous. What are they getting paid for. The aren't doing their jobs.
same here in Binghamton......mis-delivered mail, mail delivered but not taken [same day]. Mail that was assured was sent never delivered, mail left on top of community mailboxes in mobile home community on Loughlin Rd! Sometimes no delivery at all ! We shouldn't have to deliver correctly addressed mail to its recipient......which we do out of courtesy.

Where is the mail carrier for Saint Charles street/ I have not seen the mail truck or mail carrier in almost a week. Monday through Saturday I keep an eye out for him or her daily, Maybe you should put extra carriers with him so he actually does his job
