She was great. We did our passports with her and I had all the checks ready and pictures ready and everything filled out all at home made everything so much smoother. Thank you again Rose

I’ve tried calling no one answers the phone. Anyways, I get everyone’s mail but mine. The numbers are clearly written/typed with the correct Numbers for example 81 and 83 are totally different so how is it that the mailman gets the numbers confused! Mindboggling! Service is going from bad to worse! I don’t want to hear it’s a machine that sorts the mail, clearly the MAIL Person is the one who delivers it!

My three sons and I needed to renew our passports and we had an appointment at 8:00 am on Saturday 02/17. Rose helped with my three sons and Matt pitched in and help me with my passport renewal since I had a different process. Both were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. Much appreciated!

My mail is on hold, they keep delivering. I use the hold service frequently and it’s hit and miss mostly miss. No one answers the phones.

My toddler had her 1st passport appt. here on Sat. 9/16. We were 20 minutes late (and had to wait), but Rose was able to accommodate us within 15mins - she even greeted my daughter first, which really made my daughter comfortable. During our visit, it became really busy but Rose didn't skip a beat, she managed to help a coworker with a problem customer, answer our questions in detail and finish processing our application. Before we left, we noticed the male employee apologizing to each customer at his window for any delay and it was refreshing and nice to hear/see each customer on line be greeted in such a way. Good job!

1 person working. 11 customers in front of me. One customer took 20 minutes. “Staff” unconcerned. 😡

The supervisor Mike is a nice guy but this post office is poorly managed. No one answers their phones, and the mail carrier on my route does not have to deliver my mail as this carrier “feels threatened” by my dog that has DIED almost 2 years ago. My dog never got out but apparently any mail carrier can say they feel threatened and they can skip those houses. There has to be at least 10 houses by me that this man won’t deliver to, so another employee has to deliver that mail separately while he’s out collecting from the few mailboxes that are still on corners. I had lost mail quite frequently before this but now I’m missing too much mail while getting other addresses delivered to my house. Ridiculous that this is acceptable. I feel threatened by the mail carrier, can my area finally get a real postal carrier??

Visited the location yesterday @ approximately 7:15. There was one clerk working. The line stretched to the door. It took 45 minutes for me to get to the window. If there are to be extended hours, there should be staff available to man the windows. At that time of day, after working 8 hours and spending 2 hours in traffic, waiting on line for services at the post office for such an extended time is not what one want's to do. It would also help, if the clerks limited conversation to just what is necessary to conduct business in a timely manner ... when the line is that long. Very frustrating. Thank You

I received my birthday card completely opened yesterday with scratch offs missing. Last year received card with no gift card in it. Real nice stealing from the mail. Point 1.....never send anything like that in the mail. Point 2 ......I thought it was a federal offense.....lol...what a joke.

Twice I went there to mail my house taxes. Stood in line to make sure I saw her (Same women both times) post mark the envelopes. Both times my checks were never received, not late completely disappeared. I had to pay penalties. I think she through them away.

P.O. should be open until midnight every night, like it used to be; especially on tax day

Worst service ever!!! Never received an invoice to renew our non-profit permit. They refuse to do a mailing for us now and nobody is answering the phone. Time is money and me having to take an hour of my day to stand in line for a simple question is absurd! We will be canceling our permit with Hicksville after this mailing is complete and transferring all work to Levittown.

They never pick up the phone. If employees won't pick up phone calls from customers, what's the point in them working? They should close this place down.

Because of this area service I lost my really Urgent Document from U.S govt. but when I asked them about my apparently lost mail and procedure, the SUPERVISOR there said "so what you want me to do" I was so shocked that he is denying to listen. He did not know how to talk to costumers at all. He was really rude and unfortunately people working there have no idea what to answer if someone ask them few questions regarding there mail and stuff. My mind was about to blow because THEY DON NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY ARE WORKING FOR. Helpless, careless, not understandable, rude, loud, vulgar, and lack of English speaking. Please, I request the USPS to do something about it. I don't want to be hopeless.

There is a lady here who is extremely blunt with the customers. She is extremely rude to foreigners and does not take into consideration some peoples simple lack of understanding due to a language barrier. She doesnt stop there, however, even with english speaking customers she is undeniably loud and almost even vulgar. If you see her please give her a piece of your mind, cause i know next time i will.

Maybe, just MAYBE you should be on time with your taxes instead of blaming them for not working later. Just saying...
