Absolutely NOT impressed with the Great Neck, 1 Welwynn Road location. THEY SAY YOU HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A PASSPORT RENEWAL, HOW DO YOU DO THAT WHEN THEY DON'T PICK UP THE PHONE. Maybe they should all be fired and replaced with competent employees

I want to make 4 passport appointments for June 3rd, a Saturday morning (will need photo to be taken). If the appointments are 15 minutes each, please make them as follows: 10:00 -- Bess Goldring 10:15 -- Stuart Goldring 10:30 -- Douglas Goldring 10:45 -- Michelle Goldring If 10 minutes each, please begin at 10:10. Please email back to confirm -- stuart.goldring@weil.com and bsmdrl@aol.com Thank you.

Great Neck post office does not answer phone. I called many many times and phone rang endlessly until cut-off. Then I called repeatedly only to get a busy signal as if someone took the phone off the hook. I'm calling again now and it's ringing endlessly again. No one answers the phone. This is ridiculous.

I would have to agree with axeman50. A year later and they still don't answer the phone. It's ridiculous.

No one EVER answers the phone but you need an appointment to get a passport! I'm about to become a libertarian!

Grounds are a mess. Nobody answers phone if you call. Complained to the Great Neck Plaza mayor. Why litter can't be removed, benches repaired and some replacement trees planted is beyond me.
