Was leaving for work Wednesday around 1230pm. Saw the mail-person down the street. Was going to ride down & drop it off at the post office, which would put me behind, but since the mail-person was pulling down Caren Rd. knew he would be stopping. Left 3 bills that needed to go out. Returned home after 1230am to find my mail tossed in the back of the mail box & the 3 bills, that needed to go out, still in my mail box. So now it will be going out a day later than I wanted (actually 2, won't be dropped till Thursday night). Thing is I usually drop it off after work on my way home. BC of long hours I have no time to drive down before work. This can not be how the "Post Office" works. Never had a problem with Tim. A wonderful & polite man. Get the NEW person to read the code of a mail-person!!!!! Thank You

Our local carrier has begun leaving our packages on the snowbank across from our driveway - adjacent to the mailbox. At times there are hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise sitting on the snowbank. I'm not sure why...and trying to contact the post office. I think that they aren't happy with the Amazon switch to routing packages through the USPS. Doesn't the USPS get reimbursed for this extra load? My address is 403 Dillenbeck Road, Fultonville NY 12072 I have pictures of the last three deliveries that are sitting on the snowbank or tied to the flag on the mailbox. I understood that by completing the address form when we moved and specifying where we would like packages delivered that these should be placed next to the front door where we have a roof covering anything that would be left outside until we return home from work. Kind Regards, Susan Kowalczyk
