Christina is a fantastic postal worker. She has been exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. Because of the insanity of federal regulations regarding home addresses for banking accounts, we are forced to provide physical addresses to open accounts. Fortunately, Christina recognizes names when mail is delivered to the Post Office and she makes sure that it is placed in our PO Box. And always friendly.

I agree, same with me, and its all positive in the 7 months since moving here—we worried about having to use only a PO Box (because Fort Montgomery has almost no local delivery), yet Christina especially, and coworkers too, are so helpful and friendly it has made all the difference.

Service in the fort montgomery post office. The employees are not attentive to your needs. I put a mail forwarding address effective 1/4/2020. Mail was still put in my box until 1/9/2020 and thereafter. I have not received any mail yet including thyroid medication that I desperately need. I called post office and they said they would sent it out immediately, to date no pills. They do not care about the customers, they collect their fat checks every week.

This post office is the worst. The employees are rude and do not do their job. I have email confirmations from 2 days ago that my package is there and yet they tell me it's not. Do your job and get off your butt and find it. Also phone number listed is fax number and you can't even call to speak to a live person. UNACCEPTABLE>

Was a great functional post office, until they lost their functional employee. Now I can no longer run my business through this location because the girl working there loses my shipments and has a breakdown if I ask her to look for them. Yay.
