I’m shocked to read of the unhappy reports on this PO. I’ve lived here for over 30 years and I rely on this PO almost without exception. The few negative experiences I’ve had are so overwhelmingly trite as compared with their amazing speed, accuracy and reliability, I cannot imagine someone having extended difficulty. My only complaint would be that, over the years, an unpleasant personality or two have come and gone. Aside from this, I’ve never had a more trusted experience in an institution. I feel so sorrow for those who have not had my experience.

This place is a disaster. A package that required my signature was delivered to the wrong address. The postal carrier delivering the package did not verify the address or the person who signed it. Now they say there is nothing they can do about it. Their "investigation" was literally having the carrier look in the mailbox at the incorrect address to which they wrongly delivered the package, which was over a month ago. Seriously?????? Abysmal. Do not trust the USPS with valuable property.

I have had many issues with misdelivery of mail both in and out bound. I have had payments not received by the proper companies as well as missing important information that was supposed to be mailed to me. I have tried multiple times to speak with the employees at this location and they are extremely rude, especially Jennifer, they yell and argue and their response to me was to have every letter I mail out sent as certified to be sure that it is received. It is $6.00 without the postage for certified mail. I have contacted the main headquarters in Washington D.C. and consumer affairs, this is an issue that is ongoing for over a year now and no one seems to be able help or provide me with a solution
