Postal Locations

Several different times now, for different deliveries, we have been left with a sticker in our mailbox with a “sorry we missed you!” slip, even though I am home every single morning, every single day (I’ve actually watched the mail truck pull up to our mailbox), and not a knock or bell has rung at my door to require any kind of signature. How can you claim you missed me if you haven’t attempted to actually find me?? Now I’m supposed to drag all of my kids with me to the post office to get the mail that the employees couldn’t bother to attempt to deliver to me. I would assume this is part of your job? Or perhaps it’s too much to ask, to actually have you ring the bell or knock on the door if you need a signature for something to be delivered? Unbelievable.

We never received our village tax bill. Therefore, we had to pay a penalty. We have never paid our taxes late before. We have also recently had other bills not delivered. What is going on? This is costing people money. Not good.

I still have not received my package that was clearly stated as delivered on Feb.23,2021. I stopped at your Office on the 25th and gave you my info. You have not notified me as to your findings.as yet. Please advise. Do you know who was the driver on the 23rd of Feb,? What is the problem??

I wanted to thank the EA post office for taking the extra steps to deliver my live fish directly to my house to avoid any issues with the cold temps.

Keep getting our tenants mail even though we have separate mail boxes. Today the carrier put three pieces of their mail in our's and one piece was a government check. I put a note on the inside of the mail box to only deliver mail with OUR names on it. The carrier also shoves boxes in the box that are so hard to get out that our post starts moving. Too lazy to look at the names on mail or drive up to put boxes on the porch. So tired of the laziness from the East Aurora, NY mail carriers.

Never received my mother’s day card from one son in Providence, RI. My other son never received his b’day card (mailed from RI on 7/8/18) & today is 7/14. My sister in NJ got a return to sender saying I don’t live here anymore. I had to a pay late fee on a bill I never received! I received a certified piece of mail w/o signing for it!! What’s going on?? FIX THIS

Was delivered liquid chlorophyll in a box that was leaking. Now I have green liquid on my walkway,porch and hallway. I took pictures. The mailman had to know it was damaged he left a trail of green liquid. So I dropped off the package the same way the mailman did in the East Aurora location

cant seem to forward mail properly,two years in a row with premium forwarding sevice ,my mail is lost and i am getting other peoples mail,nobody seems care at this office,new management is needed
