I am very frustrated with the driver. If theirs is just an inch of snow on the roads the driver will drive right on by, this has been going on for a while. We are expecting very important documents ie. Court papers, Xmas presents for our kids and pictures. If my car can make it well his dumb van can too. Please fix this is sure or hire another driver that isn't afraid of a little bit of snow..

I have home delivery to 665 Linwood Drive Cuba Ny 14727 she continuously at least once a week leaves the mailbox door open so it either gets soaked from rain or blow all the road & ditches I made formal complaint when post office sent survey out of this problem I have made written request to the driver to Please make sure door is closed She requested us to put in new mailbox which we did however at least once a week I have my mail blown all over the road I am a Notary Public which I do receive important mail that is confidential I am really frustrated & upset that I have had several pictures ruined & amil
