For 10 yrs, every month I order supplies for my health which is in 18" square box. I live in a Mobile home park. Always these boxes have been brought to my house and left at the backdoor. This week....I have a note which says pick it up at the PO! After a few phone calls, find out it is not even a new postal person but the same one for years! No they're telling me, we can't deliver to your house! You must pick them up. Please can someone tell me what is up with the PO?

How can it be that I call the post office and no one answers during business hours?

I had a (very) misplaced package in their service, however the employees went above and beyond to help me. The post master even hand-delivered it to my door as soon as he found it. I could tell they actually cared about the service they provide.

I am SO tired of getting "the mail box is full and we can not deliver" large packages. They have said it's because my driveway is slippery and they got out and tried to walk and couldn't. After 4 days of that I told them I can send my security cam footage where nobody got out at all. It's cold and windy and snowed last night. I get that it's miserable weather BUT it's YOUR JOB!!!! My walkway and drive way are shoveled and sanded because I have a business and nocody ever complains that it's slippery. So tired of this!

I am writing because the postal carrier that delivers mail on ward rd has not delivered mail in the last 5 days there are 3 houses and an apartment building with 12 units yesterday she went down the road to the farm at the end of the road i don't know if she gave them anything or not but i did see somebody come out and flag her down to get their mail this is getting kind of ridiculous and very annoying because i have important letters that need to go out and they have been sitting in my mail box for 2 days i under stand if you don't have mail she don't stop but all 3 houses and 12 apartments and nobody has mail
