Postal Locations

When you call if you get to speak to someone your lucky other wise from that the phone is always busy it's like they take the phone off the hook so they don't have to deal with customers it's ridiculous

I live on the Van Mber Road. i have ordered several things/ not cheep. and tracking says delivered i go out to the box as she pulls away and there is nothing there this has happened several times now.. I go to the post office and they look at me like im trying to pull a scam or something. most of these packages are to large to fit in my mail box, Last purchase i made said deliverd.. again i had to go to post office and make them find it this time they did ..ooops it was not seen in back of drivers car ? so it got deliverd at 6 pm her mistake not mine do your jobs rite im tired of paying for items and not getting them.

I am truly unhappy with Castorland PO. I put in a forwarding order on August 26, 2013 but cancelled it immediately. They are claiming they do no have my mail and my new post office never received anything for me. This has been going on for two weeks and I am missing a check that should have been delivered on or before August 31st. My daughter is still receiving mail for me but I am missing this check and no one can tell me where it is. Totally getting the runaround from the clerks at this PO. I want answers. Now I am elevating it to someone higher in the USPS.
